Hi The below is not good with tradesmart online. (Tradesmartonline review) 1. Bracket order is not part of Unlimited trading plan but it is part of Rs.15 per trade and 0.7% per trade. This is a real negative for Active traders. Most of the customers gets attracted for unlimited plan and not providing some features to unlimited plan is not at all good. 2. The margins provided for intraday are less compared to other discount brokers like RKSV. 3. the other discount brokers like tradeplusonline are offering unlimted trading plans at a very cheap rate. Unlimted trading plan for options at just Rs.99 per month Unlimtied trading plan for equity F&O is just 799 per month. Other interactive brokers like zerodha, SASonline offer much better plans. The unlimited plans of other brokers (Tradeplus, SAS online, RKSV, zerodha) are much better to Tradesmartonline unlimited plans (BO is not part of unlimited plan at tradesmart online)

never seen such an irresponsible broker in my 15 years of trading .At least do 1/100 th of what you do to create fke reviews and response in the front end .

one of the worst trading experience ever. Their system is very slow. Their app places order after 20-30 seconds. sometimes it won't let you place any order due to unknown error. Have been complaining them since over a month but they put blame on you and don't give any support. Don't go for it

Cheaper plans and good support. There process to reset password is lightning fast too which helps not losing too much trading time. Easy to use trading application for mobile.

online trading account opening software have some problem. after putting pan no if any one quit then he/she can not procced further as same pan no is rejected every time . when tried with other broker i can continue after where i finish

Though the services given are prompt the website should be user friendly. I have stopped trading on TradeSmart Online and use Upstox Pro as it has great user interface.
5 star only for Mr. Ashish Patta. My account was blocked and I was suffering from last 3 days to access my account. I have contacted to 2-3 persons in support department for activate my account but they all were failed. Finally Mr. Ashish find out actual problem and restart my account.
