My favourite company for cleaning services! They have worked in conjunction with my office for years and we recommend them time and time again ... Lovely and friendly staff.

Amazing guys, very professional, for the first time in 12 years of dubai 'dealings' I actually feel like I have a clean house.

The customer service is very rude I'm to explain my side but she keeps on talking and never listen to what I'm saying. One thing I noticed is its funny this company is using their employees to write a positive review for this very unprofessional company just to get a higher rating. Continue fooling people hope karma hits you soon. I should have listened and read the reviews before dealing with this company. Careful guys.

Customer service is very friendly, helpful, and answers quickly to all concerns and questions I had. There are various ways to contact customer service, making them very flexible. This cleaning service does a very thorough job of cleaning. The workers are friendly, very knowledgeable, and kind. Very excellent and long lasting clean. Our appointment arrived on time. We had even been able to arrange the appointment to be held another day. They're very punctual and particular about time issues. The value is a little pricey for me, and could be more value priced, but they do a superior job at cleaning. It's worth every extra penny.

We used YALLA FIX IT once and we will definitely use it for multiple times! The company/cleaners/drivers/agents are all polite, hardworking, trustworthy and very good individuals. Best choice that we have so far in terms of housekeeping services.Thank you!

They are not professional. I used their service periodically almost 1 year but suddenly today morning, They notified me my maid is sick and there is no available other lady. I complained that your company is unreliable. And then the agent showed me his unpleasant. They do not do risk management. Your booking can be meaningless on your special day. I really don't recommend.

I was very happy with the service. Gloria, the lady who came to clean my apt, is extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend her, she s very clean, fast and into details. Excellent response from the customer service as well (Vinz). They answer back fast and they always try to arrange an appointment according to your needs.

I have been using TPH cleaning services for nearly a year, and I highly recommend 2 ladies who have taken care of my home, Genny and Annelyn. They work with so much heart, professionalism, and care. The entire team at TPH is extremely helpful, kind, and genuine. I am so happy to have found them.

They came to clean our house and one of the maids left the water running in the bathroom that caused it to flood. Over a week later, no response from manager, just a "you will be contacted" by an admin that still uses abbreviations even though she's probably no longer 12.

Came on time, vacuumed, dusted, cleaned and mopped entire apartment. Plan on using them again.

I would give this company a negative star if that was possible! I would not recommend using this company and have now terminated their services. One of the worse cleaning companies in Dubai and I have lived here 11 yrs. The company has no organisation whatsoever. Despite using this company over the last few months I have had several different cleaners. Not one cleaner has stayed consistent. When the cleaner cannot come, for whatever reason, no one contacts you to inform you. Numerous times I have had to ring the office & no one answers the phone. There are way better cleaning companies out there. I reiterate, don t use this one!

Bad bad bad bad service and bad employee the guy flor he give me appointment 2weeks ago with genera the girl genera it's good but they cancel my appointment the same day because they send it to another client because the client call for her everyday ouh my god the are not professional....

Be careful you have to supervise them like babies otherwise they do half a job , only 1 or 2 cleaners r nice and can work with miminal checks.

Used them for two years until i sent them pictures of a dirty floors after cleaning and asked for a redo or refund , manager didnt even bother to come on thr phone or call back ... if she/he doesnt care about a 2+ years customer ... then she/he doesnt deserve to be a manager.

I have tried the company several times before. And i have requested for cleaning services and ironing last week and i have clearly mentioned to bring cleaning materials. They came without cleaning materials and the company requested the ladies to leave my house without cleaning.

I have spoken to call center and i have requested them many times to get a call back from the manager and no one called until know.

The call center guy returned cleaners to my house. However, the service was very bad.
The bathroom was full of water. They hide un ironed clothes in between and the left the room with dirty shoes marks

Shame on you!!! with the excuse of the pandemic you havn't been paying your cleaning staff for the last 4 months and now you want to pay them half their salaries!!! some of your cleaning ladies want to resign and you threaten them with a ban and ask them to pay 8000AED... all what these ladies want is to go back to their families, those they could not help during the past 4 months and they will not be able to help them with 750aed salary that you are offering them. people should not call you or use your services anymore

Not Honest Company. I have tried their services. they are punch of liars, they promise but they don't come. in my case they took my Full money and they never came until now since a week. Also, you cannot talk to their managers for a complain, they are covering the complains from their Oweners. Never call them for a service. Trust me, Most of below mentioned Reviews are from their Friends and Employees.

I am disappointed with this cleaning service. The lady who attending the call (Pearly) don't know how to speak with customers.i think she is in absent mind and giving wrong information to customers. Only their 2 ladies (Rose and Florin) doing good job. Others doing for name sake only.
Whatever I am asking to customer service, giving wrong information and they are not giving priority to customer convient timings..... Very difficult to handle them and not going to call them anymore.
This is not a professional company .

I do hope company owners would read the reviews because their employees who are setting up schedules for cleaners are not receptive to clients needs. They change cleaners without asking you first, so on days you get cleaners who are smart, active and clean your house very well, and on other days you get cleaners who do not follow your instructions on how you want your house to be cleaned. I am a kind of client who prefer to have the same cleaners on weekly basis, but TPH dont get it! I also asked to talk with the manager but they don't allow it! TPH is a company that do not know how to retain customers, they treat you like take it or leave it! Employees need to understand that there are other available options and with that attitude they would end up with no clients!

I had two maids both runaway, both we re dirty, the first was smoking in my house the other one said I m not a maid I m a cleaner - like a part time cleaning!!! Ok why didn t you say when we are at the interview..

Staff was extremely inefficient, was not in company uniform. They were whiling away time to avoid extra work. Cleaning was not upto the mark. There was food on the burners and chimney inspite of reminding them to clean it. Very rude and intimidating. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

First the service was great-we needed someone to clean a house quickly for someone coming home from hospital and Lilian was very understanding and compassionate. The job was done very well so I am very grateful and appreciative! Too bad aren t in Sharjah!!

Our home is spotless! The cleaners worked so hard--our 15 year old white Ikea dresser looks brand new--there's no dog hair in our carpet! No surface was left untouched. Our home is as clean as a four-star hotel. Super impressed.

This was an absolutely amazing experience! Mary Jane came promptly on time and stayed extra hours to clean the house. She was kind, professional, and considerate. I would recommend doing this if you are moving in or out based the excellent service and convenience!!

Very BAD experience.I booked their maid for today with their agent CRISELDA.
The maid who came had a ZERO work attitude.
She was RUDE and didnt understand English.
The cleaner brought a pair of SHOES with her and wanted to clean the house while wearing them.Upon refusal she literally threw them on the floor.She kept on asking why dont you buy a vaccum cleaner,why the cleaning material is downstairs,why this why that??
Not recommended at all.

Here I went the YALLA FIX IT! Personally visited their Main Office as well and really feel so confident to try again there services. Everything in just one company and so a total package. Linda was very personable, very friendly. She did a fantastic, thorough job. Don't know how she got the baseboards so clean, but they look great! Our apartment smelled wonderful, bathrooms and kitchen sparkled, carpet has never looked better. Everything was put back in it's place.

Adriana was by FAR the best thru your service. The others did satisfactory no complaints! Adriana hustled the whole time and everything is SPOTLESS!!! She went past expectations! She is a delightful human being and was a joy to have in my space. I m in a severe illness and picky about Who is in my home. I wish I could have her come weekly.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR. BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH.I HOPE THE OWNER KNOWS MOST OF HIS EMPLOYEES ARE INCOMPETENT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, WILL LIE TO YOU EVERYDAY AND WILL JUST DISAPPEAR. YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL THEM DAILY AND NO ONE WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF ANY PROBLEM.

I used YALLA FIX IT to do the Maintenance in my house and i must say that i am very happy with their works, Filipino Workers that i can recommend to all my friends, so much happiness with the service..Kudos!

We booked the cleaner and they show up once out of 4 times. Very disappointing.

I had an issue with them as below review.
They didn't send the lady one day last month because she was sick and there was no backup lady to send to my house. while complaining no service on that day, the agent was very rude. So I decided to stop using their service but Matic called me and apologized and promised to me to give 50% discount of one day service.
But today, I finalized their service. And want to share my opinion with someone want to use their service.

1. It was related to MATIC (TPH is telling no more relationship with them).
MATIC told me 50% discount of one day service but TPH charged me full amount and TPH told me they have no idea about discount. No guarantee for promise.

2. If you use regular service, you should pay the cost day by day.
I paid monthly cost at a time. but their calculation is not matched with mine. 2 days are left till the end of this month and TPH told me I need to pay 189AED. (One day charge is 126AED and 2days charge will be 256 AED). In other words, It means I already paid 64 AED. I asked how 189AED comes. The agent ask me "Will you still continue, that's the question for me to explain?" I said "Continue the service? not at all"
And he told me "Ok then no need to explain"

3. When you complain or close their service, they become rude. May only the agent whom I have contact is.

Seriously I don't recommend their service.

Bad service. The sales lady called KEZIA, over promised, lied about the deep cleaning proceedure, messed and changed our booking dates, over charged the quote she originally sent, did not answer our calls.... really bad employee. Cleaning wise, the cleaners will do only what you see and leave the rest. They are really useless. Spare your self and book a good cleaning with another company.

The cleaner assigned to us did not show up, we contacted her and her office and nobody answered. Further, the invoice was sent to us very late, 2019 service sent on 2020. We had 11 service requests last nov 2019 with random support sent, including a red hair lady with body fit shirt and over done make up. The support they sent just kept on ranting about their personal problems with their company.

Mary Jane is really good. Never seen such hardworking lady, she won t go until she finishes everything. Rare to find!

I asked this company to provide me a nanny.
The lady who came she was wearing ripped pant untidy uniform and open hair.
My home was full of her hair.
She was not representable AT ALL.
And extremely unprofessional with my baby.
Extremely BAD EXPERIENCE.

Extremely happy with the service. Was let down by another cleaning service at the last minute and found TPH on a Google search. Quick response from customer support and even though they were fully booked for the afternoon they offered an alternative solution of 2 ladies for half the time within the next hour. Ladies arrived early and set to work. Very happy with the cleaning however the only criticism I have is that the ladies could have been more efficient with splitting tasks between them. They cleaned together and got that done quickly but the one lady only left the other to finish off the kitchen before starting the ironing so for a whole hour the second lady had nothing to do while not all the ironing was done. Other than that, I am happy.

I am really upset that they did not come (as we had already agreed) or even a message from them informing us that the service had been canceled.

At first I was skeptical if this company is any good, but after experiencing their service through their offers and promotions, I knew I made the right decision to book them! Now I do not need any other company than TPH to help me with my cleaning needs.

I was extremely happy with the work this YALLA FIX IT company did for me and would recommend them to anyone.Very professional crew. We were very satisfied with the work they did. We will definitely use them again in the future.
