I was at Toyota South Atlanta yesterday for the scheduled servicing of my Camry. John Mannering of Service Dept being there it was an excellent experience as always. He is the best . With him you know that you are in the right hands. He listens patiently to your concerns and makes sure that they are taken proper care of. The other staff members there are also so polite and helpful that you feel at home . I've been coming here for the last almost 9 years now and I will definitely recommend Atlanta South to all. Keep up the excellent work.

This is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt...

This is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I had just had a horrible experience with another dealership (VIPKars- stay away). I found the same car Toyota certified for just a small amount more, but with the promise of a great car with a warranty - so no worries. Joe Louis was great and came to deliver my car on the other side of town, Marietta. I love my new (used) Camry!

My driver's side tire is leaking air, which occurred as soon as I left the dealership. I think when the service tech rotated my tires, this should have been recognized, as the deflation was at "22"; whereas the other tires were "40-44".

I have gone to this location several times to get ...

I have gone to this location several times to get my car serviced or repaired. Their customer service is awful. When you arrive to the service center no one greets you and stand waiting to be assisted. Also, the service advisors are too overwhelm with work and seem irritated when you ask for assistance. In addition, their service advisor recommends work to be done on your vehicle but fails to look up the warranty information plus they don't even do the service. For instance, I had to bring in my truck for the recall repair and a vacuum pump repair (which they suggested). I asked the advisor to go call the warranty provider and get approval for the repair. He did no such thing and only repaired the recall. I called the warranty place to see if you guys filed a claim. But you did not. You lied to me about doing the service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone bring their car to be serviced here!

I like going to this location because I always get A plus service there. I always make sure John Manning is in whatever day i decide to go. I feel as if John is providing me the service that he would provide to a family member. The crew there is very nice and personable but I go there because of John's A plus service. I've not been to a lot of places lately that provide that kind of customer service.

Updated: Response from 4 star to 1 star. Had battery installed. After the installation, my passenger side window and read driver side window failed to work. Also, car still stalls even with a new battery and buying new batteries for the key fobs. So, spending more money to fix a problem that s not fixed while having more problems with the service. Smh.

It's hard to put into words the experience I had at Toyota South Atlanta. Not only did I get a good deal on a practically new Camry but Rod Sanderson and his staff gave my family an experience we will never forget! I wanted to surprise my mom with a mother's day and birthday gift. So I told her that Toyota South Atlanta will fix her car if she can get it to the dealer before the end of business today.

Rod and his staff were ready for her when she arrived. He called me and put me no the phone with her so I can surprise her with the news that she will get a new car. They videotaped the moment and we were all in tears. This was extra special for us because I am in Orlando and could not be with my mom for mother's day.

I highly recommend Toyota South Atlanta! They are amazing, hassle free, and no pressure. You will get a great deal and they are in tune with their customers' needs. Give them a chance. You won't be disappointed!

I have been going to Toyota South Atlanta for year...

I have been going to Toyota South Atlanta for years to get my car service. Advisors change frequently at this location and the past few times I has been I had the absolute worst customer service. I recently went in for an oil change that took two and a half hours when on the website it states an hour or less. This is the longest I ever I had to wait for an oil change and my advisor did not communicate any delay or the hold up of my service. I confronted my advisor (Bartley Connor Moore) who didn t even remember which car I had and completely had no concern what so ever about helping me out. I had to go to the manager to get information on why it was taking so long. He was helpful however I will not get my car service at Toyota South in the future.

Called up looking for a car. They said we have a 2...

Called up looking for a car. They said we have a 2019 for some great deal. Made an appointment. Realized they were talking about a different model entirely based on the version type she mentioned. Called back and said they might be mistaken. Another person said "oh no, she wasn't. She said you wanted model X so offered you model Y and said you might take it in her notes". What kind of bait and switch? She basically lied on the phone to get me in.

Next.. I wouldn't trust all these good reviews. Google has been hacked..

I brought my well maintained 2004 Xterra to this facility for an oil change in 2011. Was told I needed over $4000 worth of work including a new transmission radiator brakes and suspension. Repairs that cost more than the value of the car so I refused. Upon receiving my vehicle within 10 minutes of driving my engine over heated. My radiator hose had been completely and cleanly CUT. I took pictures and did a charge back with my credit card.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've posted a positive review of this dealership in the past so this is based on my most current interaction. I dropped my car off for service and on the way home, I received one of the many harassing calls that I have received over the months about trading in my car. I told them then when I came to pick up my vehicle, I would listen to what they were offering. Long story short, I paid for my services and I traded in my vehicle. Seems like everyone was extremely happy about that until I inquired about get a refund on the services since I no longer have the vehicle nor needed the services. Was told to speak the salesperson, then the general manager, then the service manager. I've sent emails and left messages and I haven't gotten a response as of yet.

I'm just upset because it seems like once they sell you a car, they no longer car about your happiness or making sure that you're satisfied completely. If I knew I was going to receive this type of treatment, I would have just kept my old vehicle. Extremely disappointed as I've been a loyal customer of theirs for a few years now.

Received a voice message from the financial manager Tim Dale or whatever his name is. Called back twice and left a voice message the second time for him to return my call and no one has reached back out yet. Very disappointed to find out that this is how they conduct business. Never had an issue with the service department but this entire interaction has changed my perception of the company entirely.

He was very tentative to me as a customer, he worked to get me the best deal for my situation and even showed me everything the car could do. He had a lot of patience and that is what most customers want. Overall, complete satisfaction!! But plans change My sales Representative Marquis, The Service Team, My Financial Representative he was very patient and explained everything in detail so that I would feel overwhelmed and The Manager Bruce was there every step of the way making sure I was comfortable with my decision. The customer service @ Toyota South is much better...

The customer service @ Toyota South is much better than Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs.

However, it is very confusing when you enter into the service department. You don't know if you stop upon entering or go all the way. The representatives see this all day, and have kind of loss patience with customers.

There's a distinct difference in the attitude of the service advisors and sales team. When sitting in the waiting area, it was uncomfortable because a couple were blatantly staring at the customers with a disgruntled look.

My service manager, John Mannering, was excellent....

My service manager, John Mannering, was excellent. He has earned my trust. He is very polite, professional and courteous. When I come in for service, he make sure that I am kept abreast of what is going on with my car and he does his best to keep the cost down to a minimum. As a woman and someone whose had bad experiences with other car service departments, it is important to me to have a service manager whom I can trust to not try and take advantage of me.

Great customer service. Mr. Gerald Randle was so helpful.This was my first dealership experience & Mr.Randle made it such a pleasant one. He got me into the car i wanted & walked me thru the entire process. He also managed to keep my kids occupied , great game room.. I enjoyed doing business with him & Toyota South. I highly recommend you to go see Mr.Randle if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!!!!

Just bought my first car from Toyota South Atlanta.

I interacted with Daniel Hoe who is a young lad, but very energetic and did not waste my time.

I told him exactly what I was looking for and he led me to the Prius that I eventually purchased.

He was polite, respectful and did not pressure me. He listened to what I wanted and placed me correctly into the vehicle I wanted.

Great experience and I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Toyota South Atlanta and Daniel Hoe--kid's got a great future ahead.

I would rate them a zero if I could. My son went there after seeing their advertised price for a used Corolla, the salesperson quickly tried to convince him to buy a new Corolla instead, once he convinced my son the slight increase in price for a new car made sense, he informed him the price he gave didn t include the Toyota Extended warranty of $2500 that that car had. Luckily my son walked out of the dealer. We later found out the extended warranty is an option and is a maintenance plan that could be chosen or not, it does not come with a car, it s a maintenance plan.

The service advisor Nick was extremely knowledgeable about my concerns with my 2013 Prius and took care of everything the car needed. He had to order a few parts and said they would arrive in 2 days. In 2 days the parts were there and he called, I made an appt. for the next day and everything was fixed in about 2 hours. Customer waiting area is great with comfortable chairs, the paper, magazines, big TV, computer tables, free coffee and free video games!

I am sad to report this company has changed. Not sure who owns Toyota now but the level and quality of service at this location, the Union City location, and the Lithia Springs location are all very unprofessional and do not offer the courtesy and the quality of service that Toyota was once known for. My last visit was an absolute nightmare. I spent 4 and half hours waiting for them to service my vehicle for a simple oil change. I requested them to check to see if I needed a simple tune up, and they refused to tell me whether or not my vehicle was in need of one. One one of the mechanics called me and told me that my vehicle was ready. When I asked him about the idling issue with my car, he stated he would come in and discuss what was going on with my vehicle. Instead, He returned my car keys to the service advisor and there was no more communication for about 30 min.

I walk out to the service advisor and my keys are just sitting on his desk. I asked the advisor what was going on and he has nothing to say but your car is ready. I shared my frustrations with him about having to sit for 4 and a half hours with a mask on. This was worse than a terrible doctor s visit. It s as though I had been at work and my day was ruined. The advisor offered to help by telling me that I could come back and get the tune up the following morning. I returned the next morning and I spent about an hour and a half to get the tune up. To be honest, my car does not run like it has been truly serviced.

This is my final straw with Toyota. If the service department for any dealership lacks Simple courtesy, professionalism, and the quality of service that customers deserve from a dealership as much as they charge for their so called services, then it s time to move on to a new family. Over 30 years with Toyota . What a shame!!

Derrick Samuels provided me with great customer service with the purchase of my new 2019 Camry. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and didn't make me feel pressured to buy a car. I went in for an oil change and came home with a BRAND NEW CAR!!!! The staff at the dealership were friendly and knowledgeable and made this a great experience. I would definitely recommend Toyota Southth to anyone that looking to buy.
