Tim was an amazing salesperson! He eased my anxiety about making such a big dollar purchase and life decision on my own. Eddie in finance made me feel like I was buying my car from one of my trusted friends. Ask for them when you go into the dealership! You won t regret it, I sure don t!

The Service Advisor just let me stand there, without greeting me. Didn't have the time to go to Atlanta Toyota (where I bought the car), but the experience is exceptional at Atlanta Toyota.

I brought my truck to do the 45,000 scheduled maintenance at Toyota South. I was not impressed. This is my second time bringing my truck to this location. It is always busy, even on a Wednesday. I waited a little over two hours. In addition, when I spoke to my service advisor, I directly told him to do the 45,000 mile service and that I had a ToyotaCare Plus plan with my vehicle. Guess what they did. They did a regular oil change not the 45,000 mile service recommend by the manufacturer. The service insist that the propeller shaft be lubricated and to torque the propeller shaft bolt. These services are NOT included in an regular oil change (which did not have to be done). Also they did not top off my brake fluid. I would not recommend anyone bring their vehicle her to be fixed.

EVERY THING WENT WELL. MISS RACHEL SMITH WAS MY SERVICE CONSULTANT AND I WILL RATE HER 100%. I WILL BE BACK FOR SERVICE WHEN MY CARS NEED SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE PERFORMED.

I was able to followed my mom to the dealership on August 8, 2016; to look and learn about buying a car. We were assisted by Rodney T. Wyche Sr., a very helpful and friendly person. He explained everything that we need to know in details; with his help, we were able to purchased the 2016 Rav4 with a great deal. If anyone want a reasonably great deal, look for Rodney T. Wyche Sr.

Overall, I had a great experience at Toyota South Atlanta. Tim Ellis was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was very thorough, answered all questions and was willing to assist with any requests. He made the purchase process smooth and straight forward. During the wait time, he even offered us pizza to snack on! And yes, I ate a slice! He also followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was going well and was willing to assist if anything was needed. If I ever am in the need for another Toyota, I will be reaching out to Tim!

Mr Donell Lewis is an excellent salesman! He got me a brand new Toyota Camry with 0 percent interest. I love it. When I pay this car off I will be seeing him again.

I brought my car a year ago and the headlight randomly shut off when making a left turn or when its raining. Brought my car to get checked out twice ( even have a video showing that my headlights are not working). They guy that checks you in was looking at the records and said the last owner was complaining of the same issue. Why was this issue not fixed???

Dirty salesman, they run your credit without permission. Sure you can dispute it but who wants to go thru that.

I liked the selection of vehicles. This was my 4th Toyota that I have purchased. My sales person was Nelly and she was very enthusiastic and knew what would work for my needs! On the other hand the sales management side was not willing to meet my needs...at first. I left the dealership without a newer vehicle. However, a sales manager called me back the next day with an offer that worked for me. Overall I would recommend Toyota South Atlanta to others!
