Over my life time I have purchased many vehicles. Buying a Tundra has been a 2 year process for me to find...a "Unicorn". I can not even begin to tell you how many times I was told by other dealerships that it would never happen, especially with 2021 being the last year of this version I was hoping for. I even went so far as to order one through a dealership in Georgia when I was visiting there this summer. Then it became a logistical nightmare as how to pickup a new vehicle & sell my current vehicle if it became reality. Upon my return to New Hampshire, there was a suggestion to give Toyota of Nashua a call.
I have to say that Michael was an amazing, intuitive, respectful and most genuine sales person to deal with. This was the very first vehicle that I have ever custom "Ordered". It took about 8 weeks to arrive which was explained and expected, basically it was sight unseen until the day I picked it up. Every step of the process was flawless. Upon arrival at the dealership, the vehicle was ready to go and the entire process only took about an hour to complete and start the drive home. If you want a dealership and sales person with integrity when purchasing your new Toyota, give Toyota of Nashua and Michael Howard the opportunity to build your Unicorn dream vehicle. They certainly hit a grand slam for this happy customer.

I take my disabled girlfriend's Toyota Corolla for service at Toyota of Nashua. I enjoy waiting in their cafe with outdoor lounge area on the roof. The food is delicious! Today I had a sandwich and amazing onion rings for under $4 with my customer discount. And they have a huge selection- from smoothies to entrees; food for vegans or meat lovers. Everyone is friendly and professional. The bathroom is spotless. The check-in and check-out process for service is fast and easy when one has an appointment. They don't do any pressure selling for more service. They accommodate my requests and work with me. I actually enjoy going and hanging out because it's such a nice experience!

Christian worked with me to get me set up with my car. First time I ve gone through a dealer, and he helped make it feel relaxed and stress free. We went though a few options that matched my interests, and found a car that I couldn t be much happier with. Christian knows what he is talking about, is down to earth, and straight forward. I felt very good about the whole experience. Top notch customer service and friendliness all around, I must say. I ve never felt more comfortable at a dealership. Thank you!

After being referred to Toyota of Nashua by a friend, I had the pleasure of meeting sales Manager Tim Hall. Great guy and a straight shooter. He referred me to his sales rep Stephanie. She has been an absolute pleasure throughout the whole process.
After making a deal on a brand new 4Runner, she kept me informed throughout the whole process on what the status of my purchase was almost every day. She actually came in on her days off and 1 time sick to finalize the purchase. There are not many people that would do that this day and age.
In these crazy times, finding a vehicle like mine is pretty difficult. She was able to find me a vehicle that day. The wait was not too bad and today I just drove this beautiful truck home.
I have to say, this experience, although frustrating at times due to the pandemic and not the dealership, has been fantastic. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in a car or truck as dependable as a Toyota.

Agent was there after I drove into the service area. Checked and confirmed my appointment details before I left the service area. Informed via text of services recommended by Toyota. Texted me again to inform me the services were complete The agent gave me all necessary paperwork prior to leaving.
Overall, Jimmy did a great job during my visit and made the appointment a pleasurable experience.

Recently totaled my car so I needed to be put in a new car fast, I talked to Alyson and she made it happen! She made sure I got the exact car I wanted, made the entire process so quick and easy and she was such a peach the whole time. I definitely recommend her and Toyota of Nashua to anyone looking for a quick and painless car buying process!!

I enjoyed coming to Toyota of Nashua to buy my van. They were as quick and efficient as possible. I really enjoyed working with Derek who was polite and just fun to talk to, and Kevin who was pleasant and patient.
