I could not find a vehicle because of chip shortages and supply chain issues. Most of the dealers was marking up their prices and they call it market price adjustment. I called Toyota of Melbourne and ended up with Lucas. They do not mark up their cars. He is the most professional salesman ever. He even delivered my Tacoma to all the way to Orlando. No one can beat that. Kudos to him!!!
Toyota of Melbourne is an amazing and organized place. Jose Gutierrez made the process of buying a car the best possible. Couldn t ask for a better person. Harrison was an exceptional sales person. He got me into the car of my dreams in under two hours, as well he got me a fantastic deal and made the process very easy. Very friendly and funny! Today I went to test drive a Highlander XSE I was curious to try. I had no appointment. As soon I arrived Alphonso Walker was ready to greet me and my wife and help us all the way. He answered all my questions and I went home with a new Highlander XSE. We were surprised to find a Ford at a Toyota dealer but the price was right. Will Oese was amazing! So polite to listen to all of my husband's "old man" stories... Where do I start?
I m a paralyzed veteran who was looking to purchase a brand new car for my mother. I found this dealer on autotrader and was willing to drive 2 1/2 hours due to their internet price.
I explained my timeline, disability and the fact we would spend a minimum of 5 hours traveling back and fourth. In order to facilitate the transaction, I opted to apply for financing a few days later. I then spoke to my sales associate prior to doing so and he helped facilitate the application.
Once they conducted a hard pull on the credit report. Only then, do they inform me the car is no longer available. Is this common business practice? Was this a tactic employed to force our hand or a lack of professionalism? I m trying hard to be respectful here
I m livid at this point but decided to continue working with them because of the hard pull. The credit score came back at 740 and they offer a rate of 6.99, really?
At that point I was mentally checked out, what they discounted on price they more than tried to make up with in house financing. Imagine going in with a lower credit score than our 740.
The sales associate and manager then offer me a better rate, if I come in but fail to disclose the rate? If I couldn t trust them after several failed attempts at negotiating in good faith. Why would I commit to driving blindly with my mother, for 5 hours? Why not disclose the rate over the phone, text or through email?
I have text messages confirming everything I m disclosing on here. I m simply choosing not to implicate my sales associate by name. They fooled me once and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Only for them to try and take advantage of us through their financing department. They wanted a 3rd opportunity to make it right or see how desperate we were. However, they can t/refuse to disclose the rate to us after putting my mother and I through this experience.

Courtesy Nissan and my sales associate name was Jason Gomez!!!!!! They treat people and veterans with the proper respect they deserve.
Went in to look at a used vehicle and Ellijah was our sales agent. He was extraordinarily helpful and went above and beyond to get us to a great deal. He was very friendly and I didn t feel pressured at any point. Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Toyota of Melbourne and definitely ask for Ellijah!
Just left with a Brand New 2021 Camry! The whole process was smooth and easy. Daniel Mahony is the best, he was our salesman and went above and beyond to get me in a new car. Daniel helped me trade my old car and got me in a brand new car with only 3 miles Phil in finance also helped to make sure my payments are where I need them to be without all the pushing for extras! I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car!!
