I went in to get my oil changed and some other things looked at. They were super friendly and kind. The whole process didn t take longer than an hour and I was a walk-in. They did an absolutely wonderful job and went over my vehicle with me, as well as the pricing. I m amazed at how fast everything went. Will definitely be back!
My salesman Vincent Hall was exceptional! He was very sincere, helpful and non- pushy! He reviewed the pros and cons of each vehicle that i was interested in purchasing! He also helped me get a better interest rate! I ll always ask for Vincent for my next purchases!

Absolutely never use the service department I paid $53000 for a vehicle that everytime it goes in for service they screw something up and REFUSE to stand behind their work or the warranties you pay good money for if I could give negative stars I would. The last time I was there they got grease all over my roof and because they took pictures 7 days after they had my car in there possession they claim it was already there and now when I go down the road there is so much wind noise that comes from the sunroof you can barely hear yourself think. Them sending me a link for this review was not wise on their part at all!
10/10 Recommended. I was looking to buy my first new car and Vincent Hall did not let me down! I had very specific requests and he delivered right down to the very minute details, and was very patient and helpful in helping me figure out the paperwork and all the other headaches that come with buying a car. Definitely sticking with Toyota of Hattiesburg for life!

Service Department employees (the men who work in the maintenance bay) should only deal with customers when they are requested to explain details of a vehicle. Their time with customers should be limited because they lack any soft skills. Customers should be directed to the service desk (because they have the skills required to communicate with customers) that is located inside the facility and the employees their should be the liaison between the customer and the employees that work in the bay.
After a freak accident (head on collision) & 3 chaotic weeks of being without a set of wheels, Reed went above and beyond with nailing the ideal vehicle for The Herd (my 3 dogs - Ruby, Barney, & Lincoln) & me. It s safe to say, The Herd & I are all beyond excited to be back on the road again, with the PERFECT Honda CR-V for all our paw patrol + mystery machine type adventures. I definitely will be going back to Reed & Toyota Hattiesburg.
