Service Department employees (the men who work in the maintenance bay) should only deal with customers when they are requested to explain details of a vehicle. Their time with customers should be limited because they lack any soft skills. Customers should be directed to the service desk (because they have the skills required to communicate with customers) that is located inside the facility and the employees their should be the liaison between the customer and the employees that work in the bay.
