I am new in Florida and this is the local dealer after stopping in to see if I need an appointment I talked to Mike and he asked when would I like to bring it in I said Friday at 7 he said great see you then Toyota performed the factory recall on the airbags and I also asked to have the serpentine belt changed since there was 110,000 miles on it they performed the work in the amount of time Mike had told me it would take and $20 cheaper then first quoted off the top of his head so I am a very satisfied with the whole experience at Deerfield Toyota thank you Mike

Was able to get an oil change Sunday morning even without an appointment. Mike gave me a heads up about some issues with the battery and the brakes I'll need to take care of - no pressure. Complimentary car wash and vacuum is wonderful.
Never had an experience of this kind in a garage like this, size, operation, cleanliness, respect for sanitary standards, number of clerks to receive us.
On the other hand the price comes with it is the negative point.

My car was in overnight and Mike made the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. I especially appreciated the service that Rakhi provided: When I made my appointment online, the earliest I was able to make an appointment for was in two days. Very shortly after I submitted my request, the phone rang, and it was Rakhi telling me I could bring my car in the next morning. She saw that my car had a potentially dangerous problem (brakes failing and engine dying) and took the trouble to call me and bump my appointment up 24 hours so I could get back on the road safely and as quickly as possible. I am very grateful to her for taking that extra step.

The advisor Frank wasn t a pleasure person. By the phone he gave me one price and when I get there was another price. Also I was asking fill things about my other Toyota car and he didn t show no interest to help me out. Also, I forgot a sweater in the car, who dropped me at my house, and he didn t help to get my sweater back. I couldn t look for my self, because I wasn t the one who ordered the Uber. I was very disappointed with the service at this time.
It was easy to make a service appointment over the phone on the same day. The requested service was efficient followed by the detailed recommendations, supported by the parts images. It would be great to receive info on current specials at the time of the service
Service adviser and parts department rep I spoke and worked with were great. Brought my truck in to have a tire patched after getting a nail in it and had my tire refilled with N2 as it is suppose to. Once I left the and got onto the road I got an alarm that the hood wasnt properly latched which whatever maybe the tech was being careful and didnt slam the hood hard enough. The more concerning issue was the tire that was patched was inflated to 52 PSI which is 12 PSI higher than the tire manufacturers spec and 23 PSI higher than what Toyota specs for the tire to be inflated, major safety issue aside from the accelerated tire wear. I would hope this dosent regularly happen to people who arent as in tune with attention to detail. Additionally all 3 other tires were now also overinflated well over spec nearing the max pressure of the tire.
Awful awful service. We purchased a car from Toyota years ago, and were offered free oil changes for life. I m not sure if it s because the oil change is free, but I m not even convinced that they actually changed the oil when I took the car in yesterday! The tire pressure wasn t checked, the maintenance indicator wasn t reset, the car wasn t washed. Makes you wonder what they even did. I will be taking my service elsewhere and would encourage everyone to do the same.
Engine light came on in my car. I took it to nearest Toyota dealership which was in Deerfield. They told me the camshaft need to replace. Paid $1100 to replace it. I noticed when I drive car it is losing power. Car drive worse than when I brought it in. Spoke to advise Manny and manager Duran. The conclusion was, they refuse to fix the car stated the camshaft has nothing to do with the car losing power,(camshaft job not done correctly can affect car proformance) but according to them my car mysteriously losing power after they work on it. Not a good dealership do not take your car for repairs. Appeared they don't know what ther are doing. If happen to me, I'm sure it happening to other customers. They are not interested in fixing your car or admit they made error, they just want to take your money.
Here's my story. I need a car. I look online at a bunch of different websites to try and get an idea of what I'm interested in. I find a car that I like, and I visit this dealership to check it out. I get this spiel about how this dealership was bought out by some mega-company, and that this will be a better car buying experience because they have these ties to some mega-corporation. Some car buying experience. I sit down with these guys for about 4 hours. The "internet goes down." We run through some numbers. Things look good on paper and I agree to move forward. I put a deposit down to hold the car, we agree to meet the next day when the internet "is working again" and finalize the sale. I show up the next day, and the car has been sold to someone else. What? What kind of business practice is that? Luckily, you work in a field where deception is common practice, and the consumer has come to expect this standard. You still make your money, someone lucky person gets a car, and the only person negatively effected is the lone car buyer, me... The guy who has to find a way to work tomorrow, where if I make a mistake like this, or if I communicate this poorly, it means life and death for me, my colleagues, and my patients. I'm too stressed out in my every day life to spend a weekend at a car dealership just to have this stressful and poor of an experience, and not have anything to show for it. I will never do business with this dealership or any Toyota dealership ever again in the future.
Really appreciate all the patience and attention from the brazilian team, specially Ciro Marinho, Carlos and Ana. They worked hard on all my options that attended my budget. I'm very satisfied with my car and the services Toyota provides.
I made a reservation online to test drive the 2019 Camry Hybrid. When I arrived at the dealership, Joel had the vehicle ready in the front. We took it for a test drive and he answered all of my questions. In addition to being courteous, he was trustworthy. I had been to four other dealerships including two different Toyota dealerships before making my purchase here. For the most part, the other dealerships and sales representatives were good although I had one misleading experience elsewhere. I will be returning for scheduled maintenance here and anticipate my future experiences will continue to be excellent. Reputation matters.

Been doing maintenance and repairs at them for the past two years. And every time I go there I asked them did you check everything is everything OK with my truck? And they say yes and if I need something they would sell it to me.So apparently my truck needed Alignment for a long time and because I never got one or was offered one four of my tires went bad. So after waiting for 30 minutes on the phone to talk with someone they claim that all yeah we don t check that and technically hung up on me.

When I shook Chris' hand I could immediately feel the common respect of manliness and the shared love of bacon and other manly things. We discussed at length the pros and cons of a Camry as my man-mobile. He had great knowledge of of the features of the car including the V6 engine and the strategically positioned 8 beer holders. After the test drive I went home to ponder on the purchase rationally as a man would do. This morning I noticed I literally had more hair on my chest. 10/10 would work with Chris again.
