Super happy with the vehicle, honestly very happy with how far they went for me to get into this 2021 Tundra. It s a beautiful vehicle, we worked with Lucas and he was absolutely great. Great service. We were in from out of town and our check engine light came on in our 4runner so we brought it in without an appointment on a Saturday. Everyone was super friendly. We were told it would be 2 to 3 hours. An hour and a half later it was ready. They did a full inspection and even sent a video explaining everything. I am super happy with this dealership.

Everything was great except the wait time. They are very busy here. Had to wait about 2.5 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. Just seems to be common at all car dealerships. This is why my wife loves Lexus. You pay for it but they have great customer service
Excellent customer service! The family had just purchased a new 2021 Sienna and needed to have the foot sensor door feature adjusted. I was assigned to Jessica D. in the service center and let me tell you, I could not be more pleased with the timely communication, professionalism, and overall experience she provided. Everything from dropping the vehicle off to assessing the issues to getting the loner vehicle (also very good quality) was a smooth, timely process. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Jessica D. for any maintenance needs your vehicle may have.
