Great place to visit if you plan to buy new car in Islamabad Pakistan. Little crowdy but they will entertain your qeury for sure, educated a d well behaved staff.

These guys are very professional and will fix the car quickly. The engineers are well trained. The staff is also very well trained and professional. The waiting room is decent and welcoming.

You car is in safe hands if you visit these guys. They will charge extra compared to the semi-pro mechanics outside but these guys will make sure you car is worth it.

I visited three times in connection with my Premio service,to be honest i am not happy with the service and attitude of staff particular the owner Mr Amer sb who is extremely rude person his father was a great person when they were only owner of a garage in Islamabad. I now prefer Toyota Abbott for my car services as in my personal opinion they are truly professional and helpful staff plus positive attitude.

Domestic cars repair and service well. Majority of body Parts of imported cars not available.

Toyota Islamabad is located in Abpara area, their staff is friendly compared to other 3 dealerships in twin cities. But mechanics are not professional , i asked for 10w30 and he was putting 20w50 so they need professional team rather than internees to spoil cars. Denting painting job is also not upto the mark.

They were not very helpful. I took Mira 2010 to then to check it for fuel consumption and all they can tell me were maybe, perhaps , we donot guarrantee etc. And i was like why are you then even doing the service here. Worat experience ever.

Best services when it comes to Toyota Authorized Service Centres, with excellent customer services and quality repair and maintenance guaranteed. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and supports you all the way from opening a job card till the last gate pass. A cosy customer lounge with TV, Xbox etc for entertainment so that you don't get strangled in the thoughts of passing every second thinking about getting your job asap.

The best show room of Toyota. I found there 1988 model zero meter Applied for Toyota cafor Rs.2500000/- in white colour.

Extremely poor and slow service. Mind bendingly high prices eg: the generator belt for my Vitz was Rs. 10000 here where as I got it from Melody market for Rs. 350

Unsatisfactory experience. Usless after sale services. Dumb customers relationship department.
They let you wait long even after getting appointment. Aiming only on grabbing money.

I went to this establishment after 2009/2010. Even though I had reserved time there was no record of my appointment, so supposed discount on services wasn't available. Services were good but communication to customers need improvement
