Good morning to those who will consult this review. I have read other reviews with conflicting opinions about the welcome, professionalism and kindness of the staff of this DEALER. I gave five stars and if I could I would still give others. In my life as a motorist I have changed several brands and obviously as many dealers, but I have never found in any of these so much courtesy and competence in directing the customer to purchase. Special thanks go to Mr. Saulo Bertello for the patience and description of the TOYOTA YARIS HYBRID from me later purchased. Thanks for your attention.

A really bad dealership. Tricky sellers and endless waiting for the delivery of a used car ready on the square. Bully (especially Mrs. Nicoletta) and really very full of pride. When they give you the car they fill it with stickers everywhere with their advertising and you have to work 2 days to remove them all.
I really don't know how a prestigious brand like Toyota could have trusted these individuals .... My advice is to stay away from them, choose another place where they will certainly be more serious than these gentlemen!

I write the review of my experience, almost 4 months after the purchase of a used car, an Opel Corsa D 1.2 GPL-Tech in this dealership, aware of the fact that a second hand car can present more problems than a new car; the car was presented to me well, perfect interior and exterior slightly worn by the normal passage of time, but still in good condition. I was told that the car would be checked in the workshop before it was delivered, and it did, but not completely.

The result was a series of 4 interventions in the workshop, including a not insignificant one, after the purchase (fortunately under warranty), thus remaining without a car for about 2 total weeks. In addition to the inconvenience created (avoidable by carrying out a more in-depth check), I was told, before the purchase, that after a year the LPG tank would have to be changed; nothing exaggerated, with a negligible expense of 200/250 euros the replacement was provided, according to the seller. I decide to trust, later discovering from two specialized mechanics that the cost of replacing the cylinder is around 500 euros. Having said that I am disappointed with the service offered, even though I now have a running car with its problems resolved definitively. Satisfied instead of the manpower and friendliness of the mechanics of the workshop.

After two months I have not yet received any news about it after having requested data by email to resolve the matter.

Friendly staff, available and prepared in the sales area. The workshop and all the after sales department has qualified personnel, willing to explain and to do everything possible to satisfy the customer. Above all there is a great seriousness that allows you to rely on the staff with great confidence

I went to the fujiauto to see and test the Toyota Yaris hybrid, and on the same day I left a deposit and ordered the new car, not without difficulty in speaking with the seller afterwards, whose name I am not correct, I agree with the method of payment for the difference and delivery times.
After being contacted by the same and arranging the appointment for the collection of the vehicle, I organize myself, taking half a day of vacation (the dealer is about 2 hours by car from my house) and we go up to collect the vehicle.
Upon our arrival there is no trace of the seller and we are greeted by colleagues, who however inform us that the car was not ready for delivery until the next day.
At that point we insisted that we didn't live in the area, and after 2 hours of waiting, with coffee offered for charity, we managed to go back with the new car, but in the meantime we had to double check everything as those who assisted us in the delivery of the car did not know anything since it was not the same seller, showing yes goodwill but little knowledge of the vehicle and dwelling a little too much and in a coarse way on minor details at the expense of other more important ones.
Only at the end at our explicit request did the seller show up at least to apologize for the waste of time, admitting the forgetting of our order.
It seems that once the down payment has been given and the vehicle ordered, it is passed on to the next customer, disinterested in completing our practice until the delivery of the same.
Undoubtedly a behavior and a disorganization not worthy of such a noble salesman, and I sincerely hope that they will make amends for what happened so that it will not be repeated with the next customers, certainly not recommended by me.
