Be beware of this company, they will build your website for you and when you no longer use their services they will keep the content. They will take their time to transfer your domain. My site has been down after I told them to transfer my domain back in my account. Now they are giving me the run around. If you value your hard earned money do not do business with them. The only reason I give them one stars because I couldn't post without a star. As of the time I'm posting my site has been down for two days. Please beware!!!!

I would really like to give them a great review, I just can t. I developed a great report with the sales person that I was dealing with prior to my signing up for Townsquares service. Then I was handed off to Jenn G. I had been working with another company prior to them, who had built a website for me, that we had worked on for quite awhile. I liked it. Clean, well written, using my photos and the language ( English) was pertinent to the task. The main service that I had thru them was not something that I needed for my business, so I switched. When they first looked at my site nthey said it just needed a few things so it would stand out,, ok!!lets do it!! I said , you guy do this for a living , right? They get paid for it, but shouldn t. I guess Jenn G must have got her feeling hurt when I said that some of the wording needed to be changed due to the fact that no one speaks like that, for one and half of the statements made sound like you should hire someone to do your work, and we are here to if you might want to look toward us maybe sorta changed the color of my logo, pictures all out of order, could barely read the phone number the font was so small , my email didn t work . I had a list for 3 months I called finally cancelled them after no return phone call for 3 months and then they billed me after i canceled them. The concept is good m. But if you get your feathers rustled by someone asking for changes in your work. Don t do corporate work
Was lied too about a lot of things. Biggest one was the website. We paid a lot of money for the website to be built and for advertising and saw 0 results. Now they are threatening to take the website down because we do not want to throw away our money anymore for this service even though I was told before starting if I could not afford to pay for their services anymore a few months down the road that the website would not be taken down and all rights would be signed over to me. Horrible company do not recommend!

I saw the ad after declining another provider and thought here goes nothing ! I have been AMAZED so far with all that has been set up! A great site, to the point with a personal feel, tailored to my expectations. It s definitely worth the investment because they partner with GOOGLE , along with several others. Made a website for me that looked like a two year old made it, tons of grammar issues. Got absolutely no leads off it , and they charged me near 400 a month and my buddy pays 200 for the same thing. They do not keep in touch after 2 weeks. Absolutely worst company ever this should be robbery . Save your money please don't fall for this bys scam
Friendly and sounded professional. The package I purchased was different than we discussed, but that may be my misunderstanding. They prepare a website quickly but it was not what I wanted and they never made any changes that I requested. My service rep cancelled my appointment which I understand except she did not notify me. Next appointment never called and did not return my calls. Fortunately I did not cancel old company nor did I change to the webpage prepared because it was incorrect. They have been courteous, but I literally did not receive anything for the money I spent
Don t waste your money! 8 months and thousands of dollars later and I have nothing! I still show up last on a search, even under new competitors and companies that do not do what I do! They couldn t even figure out where I was! The reports all showed focus on east coast and I am in the west, and yes I did bring it to their attention more than once. The website they started was just a poor template that was never updated or edited, they took it away when I canceled. Terrible company
