Town Lake is the perfect place for a student in my opinion!! The staff is so helpful and management has been making some awesome improvements to the community that make me so much more comfortable!

Town lake is a pretty good place to live, rent is affordable and apartments are habitable, maintenance can be troublesome at times but otherwise a good place for students.

The management is so disorganized and horrible here! I lived here for one lease contract and will never come back. It may be cheap but I'd rather pay more than live in a place like this.
If I could give a score of 0 then I would. Expect your guests to be towed from parking. Insufficient and poorly labeled parking. No doubt Town Lake is making a profit from this.

Town Lake student apartments is situated on a great location, with HEB just walking distance from the complex, and is en route of the Metro and Longhorn shuttle. Maintenance could improve a bit, but other than that great place to live in with great people. Lived here for two years already.
First off, the front desk is always friendly and willing to provide top service! The location is also a big plus for me. The staff here is overall amazing. Five star worthy.
Everything is great! I love the office staff & the community. All of the events are cool and allow residents to get to know each other. Maintenance is a little iffy, it's kind of hit or miss with getting stuff resolved with them. But other than that i love it here & would definitely renew!
Update: I've had another encounter with the maintenance and I can say that everything was handled quickly and perfectly! Could've been a miscommunication the first time, as I had just moved in.
This place is not as bad as some people will claim. I had a great college life here.
My problem is with the staff. They actually charged me 9 dollars at move out which they never contacted me to tell me. Now it's on my credit report. Thanks alot.

The staff is amazing. They are very nice and professional and always wanting to help. I took a tour last week and the units that I saw were nice and spacious. They really made me feel like I could call these apartments home. Definitely my first choice. The price is perfect, especially since the location is close to campus.

If I could give it no stars I would. I subleased a unit and took over a lease. Me and my roommates found fleas in the carpet the 2nd day of living there and I found dead bed bugs in the drawers. It took about 2 weeks for everything to be settled and the complex take care of it. It was hell.
I turned in maintenance requests for multiple issues, and all they did was take care of two problems. If it doesn't affect their plumbing or safety, they do not care. Its been four months and they still haven't gotten to a bunch of these requests.
The gym sucks. Nice that its 24 hours and all, but there isn't adequate equipment really. I could go on, but I wont. Just know that you might be better suited elsewhere.
The people that work the front desk are usually nice and helpful. My complaints are all management.

Worst leasing experience ever. One lie after another. They told me one thing one day then changed their story the next day. Is rather be homeless than live there .
This is my second year living here and so far it's been a good experience. I haven't had a problem with maintenance and management puts on fun activities for the residents.
I went to visit a friend and there was trash everywhere outside the apartments. The trash bins were filled to the brim and even overflowing. Maintenance is lousy.
I love living here. Close to everything; staff is friendly, maintenance is VERY timely and always completes work orders! Avi is the best apartment manager EVER!
They're pretty good for student living. Maintenance requests may not be prioritized correctlynand the facilities aren't kept but but if you're persistent, things will get fixed for sure.
I lived in Town Lake for 2 years now, and its honestly a cozy, comfortable, and well managed apartment complex I have ever lived. Management are always helpful and very respectful, they always have cool events that are for everybody. The basketball court is awesome, The maintenance are always attentive. I enjoyed my stay in Town Lake Student Apartments, and I highly recommend to live here.

The front office staff are verified life savers. Shout out to Jackie for helping me so much! Honestly I couldn't be happier especially with the amenities. The pool is to die for. WE HAD A MOVIE NIGHT AT THE POOL, cant get better than that. Also pro tip, theres a coffee bar!

It's a really great place to live for college students. H.E.B and Dollar General are close by, we get free printing privileges, there are community rewards and other cool stuff! I really enjoy living here.
Very nice place and people, location, amenities, need user friendly lease software; front Office make up for it. They are very nice and helpful.
The rent price is worth it considering the apartment is fully furnished. Although there are gates around the complex, the entrance gate is never closed during the night
