Stayed her for 2 and a half years. When you first move in it was nice. Stay for awhile it will become your nightmare. You would hear the next door neighbor duing everything at night!!!!! I had to break my lease because of job transfer to a different state. Paid almost a thousand dollars to break the lease. And guess what??? I received another 800 dollars bill a month after i moved out for cleaning fees. They changed management during my stay and told me i wont get my deposit back. Go somewhere else people.

I have loved living here. I haven't had any issues with maintenance. All of my things get taken care of and the girls in the office have always been nice. The location is easy to get to everything.

Apartment staff is professional and attentive, whether you live there yet or not. They aren t rude, and they don t creep you out like other apartment staff s can.

I love it here it is very quiet and nice ppl here dont know why ppl are complaining i love it! Deana made moving in easy and she was above all very very polite!

Seems nice at first glance, and my family and I were excited to move in. That all changed really quick, we have been here 6 months and it has been nothing but trouble. The complex is the worst place I ve lived thus far. The management does absolutely nothing but delivery false promises and up charge for anything and everything. The maintenance is horrible, and security is a joke. If you walk through the courtyard at night, you will be knocked unconscious by the stench of marijuana. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else. All we can do now is wait out our lease.

Have been living here for a year. They charge too much for an apartment that has zero updates. The office staff is argumentative with us and others. The manager Coty talks down to my wife. Parking is terrible and someone is always in my reserved spot. Manager does nothing when I complain. Office staff changes all the time. This place is a joke and the new owners will not fix our gate. It s been broken for a year. Cars are being vandalized: Don t rent here if you have a family.

At first the staff was very friendly, until I was a day late for my rent for the first time because i was ill, and when i called i was not informed about an online payment option. I also was told that the office did not deliver or touch boxes that gets delivered to the office, however, i noticed w/ my eyes, that they were assisting a lady to carry boxes. makes you say hmmmmm ...

The lady that answered the phone was so rude! The whole time I was talking she was interrupting me. Then she started talking to someone else while still on the phone with me! Rude rude rude.

for those of you who are looking for work reloaction, find somewhere else, like stone creek apt.

We pay $1100 in rent, and we definitely don t receive the management we should be receiving for that price. They never properly fix security issues, they don t replace broken equipment, and they are terrible with the general up-keep of the whole complex. On top of all that we recently received notice that we will be charged for accommodations that should be included in rent and provided by the complex. We are not the only residents that are unhappy with the new management, and these ridiculous unnecessary up charges are the final breaking point for a lot of us. Needless to say, we will not be here much longer!

I absolutely love this place! The walk in closets are amazing, the location is great and the property is beautiful! The management has been so wonderful! I highly recommend this place!

Farnham Park is at a glance, a nice complex. After living here almost a year, I'm more than ready for my lease to end. When I moved into Farnham my unit was not move in ready - old, stained carpet on the floors, greasy kitchen hadn't been cleaned upon the previous tenant's move out, bathrooms were dirty and moldy, and the walls had scuffs and holes. I was given a date to move in and property manager Amanda tried to move that date to the next week, which is unacceptable considering that she called the day before move in. When I brought these issues to Amanda's attention, she acted as though I was being unreasonable in my expectations of moving into a cledy apartment. She accused me of "rushing the process of move in", when in fact, I was moving in the day promised by the complex. The past nine months have been a nightmare when having to deal with the office. Work orders go unattended to, the gate has been inoperable for eight of the nine months of my living here, loud parties are ongoing into the night at the pool, and random people walk in and out of the open gates from the street. I cannot wait for my lease to expire so I can live elsewhere. I'm shocked that Amanda has made it as far to become a property manager without people skills that one would expect to come with the position. She has told me numerous times while dealing with her that she's only at this property temporarily, until a position opens up in Louisiana. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone, there are much nicer places to live for less. All the recent good reviews are coming from property manager Amanda giving preferred parking in exchange for a five star review.

Over-priced with 1 star service! I'm still living in the apartments but waiting for my lease to be over... My second year at this place! At first everything was nice and good but lately there has been no maintenance on property... It's the darkest apartments at night and parking is visible only with our car headlights! It's gated but exit gate takes 5 mins to open!
Service call--- well it's better you DIY coz it won't happen in following 2 days! My AC broke in the evening around 6PM and no reply until next morning (which I called)! So if you planning on moving here, better check out other great apartments before you get messed up here and curse them!

Rude rude rude bad people the lady that answers the phone including the manager Amanda if you really considering these apartments be ready to deal with the rudest people ever.

I don t know why people are giving this place a bad review, I have been living here for 2 years and has been the best apartment around. Somehow Avery Trace has better reviews but they have a shooting there once a week. Great place and very dog friendly.

These are nice apartments for the price and location. I have not had any issues with anything thus far and have received great service and assistance from the office, namely DeAna!

I lived in this apartment complex for just about a year. I rented a three bedroom apartment for myself, wife, and two small children. We were only going to be here for a year and at first we re excited about being there. Although pricey, about $1600/monthly, it seemed at first glance that it was a nice place. It turned into an ABSOLUTE nightmare. It seemed that every other 3 bedroom was rented by groups of college kids that split the rent and would throw parties almost nightly. The music would rattle the walls and knock off pictures, the smell of weed soaked through the walls and the ventilation system and would fill my home. Multiple attempts to contact management to mitigate the problem failed on all fronts. The courtesy officer , what a joke. Good luck getting in contact with her. As if 1600 bucks wasn t enough, if you pay the extra money to have covered parking spaces, somebody would park in it. They tell you that violators would be towed, but when push comes to shove, nobody would do anything. What did I do? Dealt with it... waiting for my lease to be over. On top of all of this, leaks galore in my roof. Again.... tried to contact management... nothing. Harvey hit. Wait for it.... then they came to fix the leaks. Literally a leak in every single room of this apartment except the master bath and they came in and cut out the wet Sheetrock. Completely open to the attic, said they would be back to patch it in five days max. Two months later... power bill sky high from the ac trying to keep up... they fixed it. Looked awful... but at least it was sealed. And then... after all of this... the lease was finally over and we could escape. If you can sleep through screaming, partying young adults, the constant smell of weed, and the occasional black mold on your walls, this is the place for you. Don t do it. Worst place I ve lived by far. Oh and btw... the only person that works there worth their salt was DeAnna. Awesome lady. I always felt like she was the only one you could talk to without a condescending attitude.
