I usually don't do a lot of reviews, but I know how worrisome it can be when you are trying to find a place to care for your family members. The staff here have gone above and beyond caring for my mom. During this time that I am unable to visit due to Covid I have not worried about my mom or the care she is receiving. I am so thankful to the nurses and staff who treat my mom like family. The people at Town Hall Estates are a huge blessing to my family.

My sister had rehab here recently and couldn't have been happier. The staff bent over backwards to meet her needs and make her feel comfortable during her stay. Best nursing home around!

Great place to work, to be associated with, the best! My great Aunt was here, and she recieved impeccable care.

I have been at Town Hall Estates for about 2 years and have never regretted choosing Town Hall. The employees are very attentive and love to please. I am very happy here!

This is Linda Swallow I spent 10 days at Town Hall Estates January 14-24th, 2021. The care my nurses Georgia, Corina and Hilary provided me was excellent, very caring and supportive. The Cma's and Physical Therapy staff provided excellent care and service as well. I felt cared for and it made my recovery so much quicker so I could return to my home and family.

So far staff is pretty good but they need more people .

They ran an hour late for hers- due to new patients ck in. And she cries with the pain.
They need some more staff or a better way to handle urgent # 10 pain.
She s here following major spinal surgery.

I was a worker here before so I saw the inside part of things. And I can honestly say I would (and do) reccomended this place to everyone who has to put their loved ones somewhere to be watched over!! The residents truly do get spoiled, they have all sorts of fun little activities for them to choose from to go to, and the ones that go for rehab always get better real quick! The rehab therapists are great, the nurses are amazing and very thorough, and the people running it definitely know what they're doing! BEST PLACE EVER

Town Hall Estates has been very good for family members. The staff have been caring for physical and emotional needs. The administrator has personally made sure problems are taken care of. None of us really want to need their services but when we do it's great to be able to rely on them.

I love this place. My grandmother, my aunt and my uncle have been there for rehab and they have received excellent care. My aunt and uncle continue to visit the facility as often as possible. They enjoy going and playing bingo with some friends they have made there. I would highly recommend Town Hall Estates, Keene to anyone.
