Thank you to the staff at Ridgeview. My mother has been a resident for several months and even though she has been separated from us since March due to Covid 19, I rest comfortably knowing she gets excellent care. We go to her outside window and talk to her on the phone and almost always an employee will come to her room and raise the blinds higher so we see her better. In fact one of the custodial ladies walked by us outside, after washing her hands and entering the building went directly to my mother's room and raised the blinds. My mother raves about the food and care. I appreciate getting updates and the friendliness of the employees. Thank you all at Ridgeview for making this difficult time as good as it possibly can be during this Covid 19 time. God bless you all for be so essential to the residents and to all the family members!

On 8/24/2018, my mother was transferred to the rehab at this facility and she was dead by 8/27/2018. The events that transpired are just totally unbelievable. The nurse was asleep in her car for 3 and 1/2 hours while my mother laid in distress. Once the word was out that she was in dire straights, no one performed CPR or even called 911 until after she was dead. If you have loved ones, please DO NOT ever place them in this facility. I feel quite sure that my 72 year old mother would be alive today if Ridgeview was not in business.

What does it take to get your mothers medical records? I have filed a complaint; called been told I'd receive a call back and still don't have them, nor a return call, pretty much tells me you don't want the family to know what happened to their deceased parent. My mother has been gone since January and all I have received is a bill for February and March? I normally wouldn't complain, as I usually thought my mom was being taken care of, however, after returning from the ER upon a few hours of learning she was deceased, to find staff clearing out her room, and apologizing, as they were young and couldn't understand why they were being asked to do so. Have a little more respect for the family of a deceased one, rather than hiding information and having someone that makes maybe minimum wage, deal with the family after returning from the ER wondering what happened to their mother.

My grandmother is currently in this facility and has been here 2 other previous times. They are phenomenal with her care , she loves all the employees because they treat her like she's their own grandmother. Therapy does a great job of getting her exercised everyday, the nurses and cna's take wonderful care of her. This is a wonderful place for anyone needing good care and rehabilitation.

I am so glad I quite working in a stressful toxic environment created by the administrator Teresa Kennedy. She bullied me and encouraged the other department managers to do the same thing to me. The residents and floor staff were the only thing good about this place. This facility has a high turnover rate in staff. The CNAs do not have enough help and the normal patient to staff ratio is 1 CNA to 34 or more residents at one time. I have watched how the administrator and department managers be selfish and were disrespectful to families and residents. This is a poorly ran facility and I am glad I have walked away with my sanity intact.

I have been here for several days the CNAs and their ades the therapist everyone on the floor are kind and helpful. My therapy is going well and will hopefully go home soon I am here due to a broken leg. However I do have two complaints they need more aides the ones here are definitely being overworked. But they still have a good attitude. And the food is horrible. The kitchen never send what you request. The food is all either way to bland or too spicy. I love being here just don't eat I need a whole new staff in the kitchen. They need to get somebody who actually knows how to cook. I was just advised that they have a new supervisor in the kitchen. She came and spoke with me and I think with her help that the food is definitely going to get better that alone tells me they care okay she took the time to come and actually talk to me. The food has started getting a little better the last couple of days. I want to sign the owner for taking the time to actually address the concern. Of a patient that definitely tells me they care. I would highly recommend this facility do anyone in need of rehab. As they are trying to correct the only two things I found wrong. I was advised that if I'm not happy with the food I'm getting I use my phone in my room call the kitchen let them know. Just the fact that they care about the patient needs and the fact that they aren't trying very hard to get the food so that people actually like it is A+ facility to me. That should say they are trying very hard to make sure people get food that they like and can eat

This place always stinks. The front desk lady always says hello, but with no expression at all. There was a young black guy raping old ladies here, but the try didn't fire him... just moved him to a different hall. This is a sad excuse for a home that is SUPPOSED TO take care of the elderly.
