Very unprofessional. I asked the manager frank to please make sure that my new rim doesn t get scratched while installing the tire. He literally told me that if I take a picture of the tire that he would not place it on the rim. I told him I had an infant in my car and had to drive to New York State. He said he wouldn t be responsible for a 500$ rim and that he had to give me a refund. I literally had to beg him and say I didn t care if they scratched the rim in order for him to install my tire on my rim. While I was on the phone with customer service he came outside and asked me if I had a problem . I felt unsafe I couldn t believe the level of disrespect I received here

I bought my tires from the west Lebanon store in Lebanon New Hampshire and was happy until one of my tires started to have a leak and kept going flat on me so I brought it in to the store in west Lebanon and I told them that the valve stem was most likely the problem because there was no nails or anything in the tire . An hour I sat there for them to just clean the bead of the tire and put it back on my car. The next day my tire was 4 lbs low and then the day after that was flat the next morning. I don t believe they wanted to change the valve stem because that would cost them money instead say it s the bead and send me on my way. Not impressed.

I have been a long time customer and had 4 tires put on in 2019. At that time they did a brake inspection and told me my rear brakes needed to be done. I brought the car to my mechanic to have the work done. 13,000 miles later i had a nail in my tire and sgain a brake inspection sheet was attached. It is very confusing and I thought I needed rear brakes. I forgot I had them done a year earlier. I went ti the Town Fair Brake Center to have the work done. Any ethical mechanic would have clearly seen that I didn t need brakes but he did the job anyway. On the invoice he wrote that the brakes were worn. I am 67 years old and believe he took advantage of a senior citizen.

Very disappointed. Went to the derby store to have my truck tires balanced and a alignment done. Got to the store at 8 am when they opened. Was told that it would take 90 minutes to complete. The truck got pulled into the garage at 11 am. And all they say to you is we're busy. They weren't busy. All the guys in the garage were just talking and smoking.i will never come to a town fair tire again

I truly believe in today's society it's all about Customer Service and Listening , I walked in to this establishment and Yes they sell tires a but a better ventilation system would probably bring Female into this place of business. BUT then their is a thing call "CUSTOMER SERVICE" which I believe their needs to be something called retraining because I don't like to be talked over as a customer when I'm trying to give you information that would be beneficial to my vehicle and making ME i didnt feel welcome and as a customer . Sure they MIGHT know their job but its called listening skills . I don't want give the persons name BUT I'M sure the person at the desk know who he is or they might think (IS THIS ME)....

Hey Tom Merola, I called 12/16/20 and spoke to you...

Hey Tom Merola, I called 12/16/20 and spoke to your customer service rep Donna Holland about my interior drivers side door handle being broken by one of your employees in Fairfield on 12/15/20. She put me on hold, hung up on me, and when I repeatedly called back, also trying different extensions I was either hung up on again or sent to voicemail. I will continue to comment on every single review from here on out until this matter is resolved. Bad business!

ORIGINAL REVIEW LEFT: I just arrived home from picking up my 2010 Ford Expedition EL from your Fairfield location. I had 4 new tires (20") and a 4 wheel alignment done. I have a few very serious issues with my service today. First being, when I went to exit my vehicle at home, MY INDOOR DOOR HANDLE IS BROKEN. It won't open the door! I've never had a problem with this ever, and it wasn't broken until I brought it to your store for tires today. Second: I made my appointment on December 5th, for 1PM today. I've been a Town Fair Tire customer since 1999, coming to you for every single vehicle I've owned for tires, and aftermarket rims on some vehicles. I've NEVER been asked to leave my vehicle all day so that they could do the work needed on it. Reluctantly, I agreed to it, since there's a major snow storm coming in a day. I was told to come at 6:00 to pick up my vehicle. I arrived at 5:50 and they said they were just finishing up the alignment and that it would take 20-25 minutes at most. Fast forward to 6:15, the manager comes outside (I was waiting in other car w/ wife and kids) to inform me it just went on the rack for alignment. Fast forward to 6:35, 40ish and my vehicle is finally ready. The reason given was that you double book appointments, so what's the point of making an appointment a week and a half in advance? My primary and only concern at this point is how you're going to remedy my broken door handle. Please view your cameras in the bays,/store, etc. and you will clearly see that the door worked when it arrived. I'm just thoroughly aggravated with Town Fair Tire. Please get back to me at my phone number or email on file. I will be calling your headquarters as well to resolve this issue. UPDATE: CALLED AT 9:28 AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING (DECEMBER 16th) AND SPOKE WITH DONNA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. PUT ON HOLD AND HUNG UP ON. KEEP CALLING BACK AND EITHER GET HUNG UP ON OR FORWARDED TO VOICEMAIL, SUDDENLY CAN T GET A LIVE PERSON. WILL BE CONTACTING BBB TO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE SINCE TOWN FAIR TIRE WILL NOT ANSWER.
