Town East Ford Review

We've purchased our last three vehicles from Presley Wickam at Town East Ford. He always made us feel like family and has never steered us wrong. When there is a problem, they do everything humanly possible to fix it. I bought a "16 Explorer Sport Dec. 26, and it went into the shop mid February. Robert Szyka and the rest of the service department always made me feel like my car was their top priority. He called frequently with updates and to let me know that they were working on it even if he didn't have any news. Ford paid for a rental, and when I complained that my rental was lame, they arranged for a better rental immediately. Ford sent all of their experts to Mesquite to trouble shoot my Explorer, and when they finally gave up after 2 months, they agreed to buy it back. No lawyers or threats of lawyers needed; Ford did the right thing. I can't overstate what a great team this dealership has!

Michael in service was great! Took my concern seriously and without hesitation got me set up in a rental. Called the next morning with an update and had my Explorer ready in less than 24hrs. Took extra time to point out some concerns and insisted he have it washed.

My mother purchased a vehicle from Town East Ford back in September, 2013. I helped her do all the research online. Gerardo helped us through the entire process; he was great. It was the quickest purchase we have ever experienced. Alan Black was so eager to earn our business, he did not want us to go any where else to shop, he is great. I was just browsing for prices and was peer pressured into buying a car . Overall dissatisfied with the service and not to mention the long wait only to tell me they couldn't finance the car they insisted was The perfect choice for me and the family. Then when i said i didnt want to go foward with the process anymore , they tell me that they can finance the car after all without the warranty i was promised .

Dealership was clean, easy to get to just right off the highway. Staff was friendly and knowedgable. A general overall pleasant experience.

Farle was amazing! He followed up with me throughout the entire process and was very transparent about the process. A little pushy but only because he was super eager to help me as a first time buyer. He was truly amazing and helpful and offered empathy throughout my situation!!

When buying a vehicle from this dealership be mindful of the service department's long wait times for an oil changes. After 4 times of oil changes each time having an appointment, it took 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. The service manager has responded and identified the issues and assured me that they are working towards bettering their customer services.

All previous issues resolved with this dealership, they were very helpful with handling our situation.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I went in very interested in a truck and had talked to a sales rep through the week. When I finally came in I told him a had a certain amount of money to spend on the truck and he said he would see what they could do. 10 minutes later the "sales manager" came out wanting me to sign a bunch of credit forms even though I was financing through my bank. Then we noticed the price of the truck had increased another $8000.00 including $5000.00 of dealership fees and add ons and the trucks original price being raised $2000.00 out of thin air. When asked about it he would not give us a straight answer. After about 20 minutes of that I told him again what amount I wanted to spend and he said he would do his best. Then both the manager and the original sales rep came back with a counter offer which was the original price of the truck.I walked away easily even though I loved the truck. It was classic bait and switch and to be honest swindling. I am very disappointed and would not expect this from a reputable ford dealership. I recommend staying far from this dealer as possible.

They inquired what my needs were and then were able to find the right vehicle for my needs while still falling within the price range that I had discussed with him about.

What a great place to shop!!!! Although I found the car of my dreams someone else, the customer service I encountered at Town East Ford in Mesquite, Texas was amazing. I meet a gentle, Tyres Nolan, and he was very patient and helpful. As a fist time buyer, I appreciated his attention and insightfulness. I will recommend any of my friends to go to this dealership and specifically ask for him.

Absolutely the upmost stand up, Honest guys I ve ever met. Thomas Ol Dirty and the front desk managers worked the deal on my F-150 to the absolute best of their ability. They take pride in getting people in cars and making the most out of the experience. I felt comfortable and at easy without thinking I was gonna get in a hole on a financial car/truck loan I d never get out of. Will definitely be buying all my future vehicles from them as long as they keep wonderful people working there and great vehicles.

Wasted my day with them, drove 45 minutes to get there. They tell you one thing on the phone to get you out there then change everything to something completely different once you arrive. The sales guy was nice but the manager came over and was very rude. Would never buy a vehicle from them. To many other dealers in the metroplex to be treated like that.

My personal experience was horrible. Its not that the people aren t nice or helpful, I just got screwed out of a deal with my car. I bought a BRAND NEW 2017 vehicle that I had to take into the serve department WITHIN 6 MONTHS of me owning the vehicle (new. Not used. 2017). When I took it the ford town east service team said it is common, lately, that fiesta s and focus have transmission problems. They took my car in which they kept for 5 days and I had to pay for my taxes and insurance on my rental car ($125) nevermind that I am taking a brand new 2017 Ford vehicle in on a problem that was not my fault. When they finished, it was ok for a day or two and then went right back to the problem I had. When I talked to everyone I could talk to, there was nothing i could do. I would have traded in my car, but they say i have to start over on payments and ive already put a good chunk of money in this car before the mess up. The bad part is their service team is also very inconvenient only being able to preform those things during the week and not the weekend. It is very stressful and knowing that they treated me nice when i was looking but then once I bought it, I was the least of their concern. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING ANYONE I KNOW TO TOWNEAST FORD OR FORD IN GENERAL FOR THAT MATTER BECAUSE OF TOWN EAST FORD. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NOT BUY MY NEXT CAR FROM THEM. My plan is to just pay this car off quick and sell/trade it for... NOT a ford with towneast ford thats for sure. I m not slandering them or trying to bash them in anyway! This is MY personal experience with them that I did not enjoy.

The salesman I spoke with was Craig South. He was very Professional and informative about the vehicles I looked at. Though I did not drive off the lot in a new vehicle, I will return in the near future to make a purchase with Craig, due to his outstanding customer service.
