The advertised price you see online or anywhere el...

The advertised price you see online or anywhere else is not the price when you call or visit. They will jam you with fillers like Kahu and Club Plus that you don t need or want that is simply a revenue stream to jack the price up. You gotta purchase these options to buy the vehicle. It will add an additional $3000 or more to the price you inquired about. Classic bait and switch here. Watch out for all the unnecessary fees, dealer fees, accessory fees, origination fees and so on. A Doc fee is all you should be asked to pay, $150 at the most. This practice is why people hate the dealership experience.

Update. Responding to the owner. I wasn t displeased with the listed price, it was fair. I m displeased with the sales tactics of Mike A. forcing me to buy options to drive the price up. When I would not purchase the options the car wasn t for sale and he said oh well no hard feelings.

very bad experience. I thought so, they take care of customer. Always ask labor charge. ESC switch cost 8$ but labor charge 99 $....
147.00 diagnosis cost I paid. but they cost 600$ for total repaired.

everything I quote other Service center and they can be finished by half all price..

I came very positive and hopefully morning but even thought ESC switch replaced my car has same issue. They haven't clarify issue first.

I sent a message on Sunday night to Van Hyundai inquiring about the 2014 Hyundai Genesis. Next day, on Monday, I got a call from Thomas Chu, who was very helpful, and helped me purchase the car over my lunch hour. I purchased several new cars in the past but this was by far the best buying experience. They were very professional which made my car buying process easy and without the pressure. They got me great interest rate too!!!!!!

My car was recently totaled due to someone rear en...

My car was recently totaled due to someone rear ending me to the point of bending the frame of my car. Battling the insurance took longer than expected and I was at the point of paying multiple days for a rental car & trying to find a new car in the meantime. I had also had a hit on my credit due to my car not showing that it had been paid off yet & my school loans coming into effect. After going to several places & not being able to work out a decent deal with financing, I was referred here by a family friend. Within one night, I had my (almost) brand new, pre-owned Certified 2013 Hyundai Elantra. My brother & I were greeted by several sales people as well as the General Manager, Richard Lipsey. We ended up working with Gene Johnson who stayed with us through the entire process and Richard came by and helped when necessary. We were given a tour of the entire facility and where I would need to take my car for servicing and how that all works. Everything was explained in detail and all of our questions were answered promptly. Our financing person Matt Torres explained all of the paperwork and options we were interested in to us. I ended up within the price range I was looking for with a lower APR than offered by anyone else and that included the GAP coverage & extended warranty. Yes, it did take about six hours to complete the entire process but this is not the first time that I have purchased a car. It is always a lengthy process from picking out the right car with the right features to working out the financing to explaining how warranties & service centers work to processing the paperwork, ESPECIALLY if you go into it not knowing what you want. And this is also a sales environment so yes, of course the company is looking to make some profit on top. But Van Hyundai was very fair with me - I brought up a comparable car from another place that I was approved for financing for & they beat what the other was offering. I also told them what price range I was under and what I needed out of my car and I ended up with above & beyond what I was looking for. If you are upfront about what you want and/or need, then they will be able to meet your needs much quicker. And with any types of sales, if you feel like you might be railroaded because you don't know exactly what you want, then bring someone who does know. I brought my brother and they treated him as equally as if he was the one buying. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Van Hyundai. Within a few days of the sale, I also received several emails and calls from the people I worked with including the General Manager to ensure that I was satisfied with my new car and if I had any lingering questions or concerns. All in all, I would completely recommend this dealership to anyone.

There are few moments in my life that I got disapp...

There are few moments in my life that I got disappointed as much as this one. I came in for a dead battery today which should be covered under my warranty. I purchased my car in April/16 and was told that they have replaced the battery before selling it and since it has been six months, it is out of warranty. Funny thing is that battery was three years old (5/13).
We have two options here:
a) Battery has never been replaced.
b)Battery has been replaced but, how come dealership put a battery that is 3 years old ?

Of course I decided not to install a new battery, guess what? I have been charged for 70 something dollars for diagnosis which I have already known that my battery was dead, need to be replaced.

On July 4, I spent several hours in another dealership getting the run around about price of the vehicle I wanted and about my trade amount before I went to Van Hyundai. Eddie Frazier had contacted me previously about the CostCo program after I made an inquiry on line, but I chose to go to Allen Samuels Hyundai because of the proximity to my home. While at Allen Samuels, I called Eddie and spoke to him, we then left the other dealership and drove to Carrollton. We were in and out of Van in less than an hour, he gave me a better price on the car and for my trade. The transaction could have not been smoother. We will definitely buy from Van Hyundai and Eddie Frazier again.

They were so genuine and really cared about me and making sure I got the best deal that fit my budget. I m a very happy customer!!! Oh, and I love my 2018 Tucson!!

The most welcoming thing about Van Hyundai was my Sales Representative, Samuel Anthony Salas with like 5 more middle names. Anthony made it easy for me to purchase a vehicle. Even though my credit was in poor condition, car was sitting in my parking lot and un-drivable; Anthony managed to provide transportation for me and make it comfortable for me to ride in a vehicle that as not mine. Anthony was honest with me from the beginning. Although, my credit wasn't bad and or great, Anthony and B.J. (Finance Manager) was able to help me out and make my payment affordable. They worked with me and even helped me out with payment options without me even saying anything. Both of them definitely went above and beyond to make my buying experience easy and affordable. Anthony was great and I would recommend him to ANYONE and EVERYONE!!! Anthony also has GREAT customer service skill. He has answered ANY and ALL questions I have had and even put up with my nagging for a month when I was persistent about my pay off for my previous vehicle. I had an AWSOME experience with purchasing a vehicle from Van Hyundai and would for sure recommend them to any one of my friends. I hope this review helps you and others out with purchasing a vehicle. One that you and/or your family will LOVE!!! <3<3<3

Was scheduled for a 7:00a.m appointment with the service dept. Upon arriving in the service department I was told by the service advisor and a manager that I could not be scheduled in for 2 days and that my appointment this morning was only to meet with the service advisor. The manager offered no resolution and seemed to not care that I drove 25 miles and cleared my schedule for no reason. If you want competent individuals working on your car please go to any dealer other than van Hyundai.

Came in a little nervous at first about buying a new car. Until one of the salesman named John Huynh came up and was a very kind and genuine guy. Made me feel like I was at home. Treated me with great hospitality and didn t force anything on me. I test drove with him and it was a blast. Had a lot of laughs here and there and he was very informative about every make and model. Will come back again for my daughter when it s time for her to get a car. Customer service is outstanding!

Quickest car buying experience I ve had. Lou my advisor had the car I wanted (I d already done research) washed, detailed, and ready! They asked to run my credit for their financing and accepted when I said no. I never felt pressured, and that s a big difference from other dealerships. Hyundai has the best warranty, and I felt like I got A++ service from Van. The finance guy was honest and respectful. Overall I m very happy and plan to make Van my first stop for another car!

Worst experience ever. I had gone to look at a new car that was advertised online. The process was going great and I was all onboard for buying it. The salesman was so nice, he addressed all our concerns, answered questions to his best knowledge, and was just very pleasant to work with. It was going smoothly until we met with the manager who had to approve the price. Apparently, to get their advertised price you would have to be a college graduate and veteran who works for Uber. When we asked about the listed price he admitted Yeah, sometimes we have to post lower prices so people come see us. And because we were impressed with the salesman and wanted to help him make the sale, we were about to buy. However, the manager s attitude was unacceptable. He even said that whether we buy it or not makes no difference to him. In other words he didn t really care about the customer. Instead we went to Bob Stallings Hyundai where the price was even lower (2,000 lower for the same car) and the representatives there were more pleasant.

My in store experience was wonderful and I met several nice people. Terrell was our main salesperson and was very friendly and personable. He made our trip out there worthwhile even though we did not end up purchasing the car. The reason I chose to deduct two stars on my review is the amount of phone calls and emails I received from several different sales people for the same vehicle. I simply inquired if the vehicle was still there and my phone has been exploding with messages and calls for the past week. I appreciate the company reaching out to me but, it can be easier on the customers end being contacted by only one person.

Recently had a great experience at Van Hyundai. Purchased a 2014 Sonata GLS with the popular equipment package. Beautiful car. The purchasing process was good. William Lipsey was great to work with. Everyone from the salesmen, sales manager, and finance manager were up front and honest about everything. This was a service loaner they had so it did have about 5,000 miles on it when bought. Had a little disappointment when we got home and realized there was a chip in the paint on the rear passenger door that we somehow missed. Immediately emailed Will and let them know. They asked me to bring it back and and they would see what they could do about it. They actually took the car back for a couple days to put it in the body shop to completely repaint the door. i cannot say enough about how great they were about it. They were quick to respond and keep me updated on when it was done and Jason Kline made sure it was done right. I don't know about anyone else, but i can honestly say i had a complete 5 star experience sales and service. Thank you so much for our beautiful car and quick service.

Bought a used car here thinking that hey it's a certified dealership I can trust that buying a used car wont be as bad. Well I thought wrong.
I bought a used Jeep late August this year and of course I did the test drive and everything was fine. 1hr after buying the car the engine light turned on, which turned out to be a spark plug and coil issue. I took care of that and it worked great for about a month. Next issue that came up is my front passenger brake line, which I didnt know was an issue until I was driving home and the brakes is not working anymore. I almost got into a really bad accident due to that! Another issue now is the screen for the radio and AC control will not turn on. So it's been less than 6months and I've had all this issues.
Maybe it's because it's a Jeep or a used car and it's a Hyundai dealership, but even then I would think they would do a complete check on every car they're selling.
Overall I do not feel comfortable going to this dealership ever again.

I was looking for a cheap car and we went to a dealership before van hyundai which I won't name, and they nearly tried to cheat us! what Mr. Eddie said he did. If anyone wants to buy a cheap vehicle I definitely recommend van hyundai. I am really delighted I got such a fine car in such a cheap price! I really cannot express my gratitude towards Van Hyundai in words!

After 7 years driving my trusted Infiniti G35 sedan, I felt if was time for a change and I wanted an SUV. I researched several options and settled on the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe because of its reviews and the premium options you get for the price you pay. I also wanted a white one -- and sadly, there wasn't a white 2017 Santa Fe anywhere near me, so I decided on a silver one we saw listed at Van Hyundai. When we got to Van Hyundai, however, we found out that the exact vehicle we wanted just sold to another customer that very same morning. This didn't stop our salesguy, Lenzy Felton, and his team from helping us though. They pulled out all the stops to get us the car we wanted and Lenzy showed us the same car in a different color just so we could be sure that we were getting all the options we wanted. They were able to locate the exact car we wanted at another dealership and bring it in for us. We were contacted within a week and when we arrived to get the car, the paperwork was ready and the car was clean. We could have continued shopping at other dealerships, but Lenzy's and Jacob's (finance) effort, honesty and professionalism provided the assurance we needed to give them the reins. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours and I'm happy with my new Santa Fe (even though my g35 still holds a special place in my heart.)

Purchasing a car can be so overwhelming and frustrating, but Mr. Daniel Lee made our purchase a breeze. He was so polite and professional and followed up with us and gave updates on status by calling us directly. Sales Manager Mr. Mike was also so helpful and explained everything in detail before we even asked for something. There was a little chip/dent on the rear bumper and Mr. Mike even hand wrote a letter, so we could get it fixed right away. At the finance department the gentleman that helped us took his time and did his best to get us the best deal as well. I am so satisfied with the service provided at Van Hyundai!

They will give you a decent deal and they're very friendly. Igor helped us and was extremely helpful, attentive, knowledgable, and didnt try to screw me around. We had some issues which they are promptly resolving. I really appreciate Ben's help as well (I believe he is in the service department). He was the one who actually got things going in the right direction so I'm very grateful for him. My car itself, 2018 Elantra is the most perfect fit for me. I absolutely LOVE it!

When I was buying my car there, I initially stormed out of the showroom because old-school car dude brought in to help the new sales person helping me was a total jackass. Fortunately, someone with appropriate customer service skills came to talk to me and from there onward, the purchase process was pretty painless.

I use their service department exclusively with good results. There is a bit of up selling but not too bad and they are prompt. Great service writers.

I35 construction has not been kind to Van Hyundai, however and the place is a bit of a dump. Really, guys, you need a new facility!

I bought my car over the phone because I live in Colo. I was so lucky to get hooked up with Eddie. He went above and beyond for me. He took pictures and a video of the car I wanted. After I saw the video I had a bunch of questions because I wasn't there and Eddie was very patient and answered all my question and was so nice about it. There were many phone calls and emails to get this transaction completed. Eddie made sure the car got on the transport and has even called to find out if the car has made it. I have to be honest there has been a big storm in the Mts. with lots of snow so the car hasn't made it yet but I have total confidence that I am getting what I wanted with how professional Eddie was. Monica also helped so I want people to know that she was wonderful also. I did talk to many people at this dealership and I have to say everyone was fantastic. Thank you all at Van Hyundai for making this experience painless and so easy. Ginny Myers

The person who attended to us until we closed the deal was Hector, he is very detailed when teaching the characteristics of the vehicle, he has a lot of patience and is very pleasant; We feel at home, you can count on him to do the best business when buying a vehicle. Finally Van Hyundai fixed my TPMS light by replacing TPMS sensor #1. I still hope they can improve service time estimate.

slow service. bandage fix. it takes 40 minutes just to find out MPP is closed.

10/2?/19 - 1st visit due to TPMS light on. they couldn't find root cause and just reset the TPMS light and asked to come back later..
early Nov - TPMS light came back on and now consistently on every time the car starts.
12/14 - 2nd visit due to TPMS light. they couldn't find root cause and just reprogrammed, which took 2 hours+. I asked what if the light comes back on and should I come back to reset on and on. they said no answer. I insisted them to fix it this time. service director said sensor #1 seems bad (UNKNOWN state) and asked me to wait for 40 min for tech to get the sensor replacement done.
in 40 min, service advisor came to me saying MPP is closed so they will check w/ MPP Monday. what? I thought they have been working on the sensor replacement.
does it really takes 40 minutes just to find out MPP is closed, especially when I told them multiple times I have to go home by 3pm?
I will have to come to this place again once are ready with the part. I don't know how long it will take and not sure it will fix the TPMS light issue completely..
oh my precious time.. I' afraid Van Hyundai seems to be getting part of my life time..
I wish Van Hyundai could improve service quality, time, and expertise.

We brought my husband's car in to have a little bitty clip replaced on the hatchback door. They had the car all day and didn't tell us until I called at 7PM that the part they needed wasn't in and would need to be ordered. Waited a few weeks and never heard back about this part arriving. Called them up and Ta-Da! They have it in! Scheduled service for install. Bring the car in. Part is the wrong color. Now we have to have it in tomorrow too, so the part can be reordered (in the right color this time) and installed. If they had called ME with updates it wouldn't be so bad, but no communication and bad orders make this place a time sucking inconvenience.

We called Van Hyundai and spoke with Adian our salesmen on the phone and told him what vehicle we were looking for he informed us Van Hyundai had several in stock. Within a couple of hours we were driving our new Hyundai Palisade home. Every employee was nice respectful the finance manager Rahim did a great job as well.

My husband and I both bought new Hyundai's within 3 months, July & October 2014, at Van Hyundai. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable car buying experience! Gene Johnson was quite knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and eager to answer all of our questions-which were many since we were new to Hyundai's! We both LOVE our new cars and plan on being Hyundai owners for life. Please believe me when I tell you, buying a car from Van Hyundai, especially with Gene's patience and guidance, was so pleasant, that we are telling all of our family and friends about our truly unique car buying experience-it doesn't get any better! Mess of a place. We are contacted and given an appointment but on getting there no one was expecting us. We talk to one Mr. Lou and give him all the details about the car we want to see and test drive. He goes through a bunch shown as available on the website and makes us pick one. He then says he will bring it out back where we can load the car seat for our toddler. 10 mins later we are palmed off to someone more junior as he says he has to take care of something else. We wait at the service entrance for another 20 mins. No sign of the car or person assigned to us. Our toddler is getting tired and hot waiting. I go in and find the manager and tell him we are waiting and he says let me go check on them. 15 mins and no sign of the car or any of the three people and we decide to leave. We are called 10 mins later and asked where we've gone, that the cars we were in fact looking to buy were in another lot and so they took time to get there. We are not once informed that all this will take a while. The attitude is not one of remorse at the lack of communication or tardiness but a defensive one. Well.. they just lost a potential customer. I wouldn't recommend this dealership ever.

I found the van I wanted on Autotrader and contacted them through there. Initially I was a little uncertain from the first call, but I came in and spoke with Eddie. He worked well with me, didn't pressure me, negotiated with integrity and we worked out a fair deal.

I did not originally buy my vehicle from Van, but ...

I did not originally buy my vehicle from Van, but had them do warranty work on it (fuel sending unit). After they did the warranty work, a completely different problem arose that was the result of the warranty work. I was not able to get the problem (motor sputtering and dying) to recur with a service rep in the car with me for a long while. Finally, once I was able to get it to act up with them in the car, I had to leave the vehicle for service 4 times in the matter of 2 months. Each time they said that they had fixed the problem, even selling me on new spark plugs (which I knew I needed) trying to fix the problem; yet to this day, the problem still occurs and they still have not tried replacing the fuel sending unit that was originally defective and caused the problem in the first place. I have been told each time that I would be e-mailed a survey and follow up calls (from both Sherry and Brandon (Service Manager)) but I have received neither.

They have a very friendly staff, but when it comes to getting the work done I cannot depend on them to correctly fix my vehicle. I will to have to take it to an independent mechanic to get a second opinion and hopefully the problem fixed. I'd think that factory certified technicians would be able to do the work correctly the first time, but I guess not.

The place is a joke. They schedule you to come in for a repair & don't have the parts for it. They tell you they will get them in the next day & call you but don't call. When you call them they tell you sorry but we are booked solid until next week. I've never experienced this level of incompetence, but they will call you 3 times a day to try to sell you another vehicle. I'll drive 100 miles out of my way before I ever set foot in Van Hyundai again.
