I have had the pleasure of working with the majority of the Alatus team over the past 2.5 years on three of their developments. Not only are they incredible humans to work with and for, the projects they conceive-of and execute provide an amazing living experience to their residents and never sacrifice an ounce of quality. I respect that they do not just look to develop a building, but to provide an enhancement to the community they are developing within that will last for years to come. I am very fortunate to call Alatus clients and colleagues and look forward to a long history of working together.
They are sub par, use all subs and those subs come and go. They hide behind their email warranty team and never want to address anything. DO NOT build with them, They left our entire development with a huge mess to clean up due to their their mishandling of our HOA. They are all about the next project and do not care about you when you sign the papers.
It has been almost 2 years now and we still do not have all the 1 year walk through items addressed. I regret building my home with them.
