The information office is very nice: small but full of many different souvenirs (cheap and really original), and the people working there are very kind and discreet.
If you need some good advices and paper guides (most of which for free) about Valmiera or even Latvia and its main regions/cities, you are in the right place.

Nice, small and lovely place. The service staff speaks several languages and can help in case of confusion. You can buy original souvenirs for cheap money.

Helpful staff. Many different printed materials not only about GNP, Valmiera, but also outside Vidzeme.
