Receptionist alone all day long, not very presentable parking spot next to entrance, there is no security guard and during night door on free access.

Be aware before signing up that they are quick to collect your deposit and rent. Very difficult to get your deposit back after you leave. Also, they have collected an additional month's rent but refuse to return it. Have been trying for over 5 months to get refund for both deposit and rent, still no joy.

As an ex-tenant I have to tell you this place is horrible. Receptionists change every 3 months, most of the times poor girl has to work alone all day in a reception of a 6 story building. Management don't case about anything but themselves. Last year there was renovation of bathrooms going on and for about 3 months we had to go one floor up or down to use bathrooms. 3 months!
Internet is super slow unless you want to pay sky-high charges. Rent increase every year. Landlord is basically trying to rip you off on everything.
They try to market the offices as "services offices", but the only service you get is daily rubbish collection. Nobody will come and do the dusting. In all 3 years of tenancy I have never seen outside windows being cleaned. I had a nice bird poop on my window to look at for about 2 years. The dishes in the communal kitchen are filthy and chipped, there are never enough spoons and forks for the whole floor.
The only positive thing I can say about this dump is good location (close to Cannon Street Station). That's all. Please avoid it if you can.

Great team running the building, very friendly and welcoming.

Great location near Bank and cannon Street station. But rooms do get stuffy as Windows do not open in the offices.

Just been told by email we're being hit with an 80% rent increase ... what a great way to treat a long term customer!

crafty thieves. THEY PITILESSLY STEAL, BE IT ABOUT THE BILLS, DEPOSITS, RATES OR ANYTHING THEY COULD OFFER. they lure tenants in and the owner is one of the most deceitful and unprofessional individual you can ever come accross in any sort of business line. No manners of talking, absolutely corrupted and crafty minded, having affairs with staff, cheaply reasoned and so many more. SO many receptionists and building managers had to leave ''shouting'' and cursing the owner of their abuse on their staff.Nothing positive can be heard about the owner from its management teams( despite they keep changing all th etimes). Says a lot i guess about their company value. This place might have good potential, but with its existing owner Mr R*** , it will go down the drain.
