The service has been great. Kaitlyn is really sweet and super helpful. I like the music playing. They have heaters outside so we don t get cold. Plenty of distance and space.
The food was good. It wasn t over seasoned, nothing was overcooked, or undercooked. Everything tasted really good. I would eat here again.
April 2021 Visited again Cas was sweet. Kaitlyn was sociable. Another lady was helpful but I didn t get her name.
I tried the barbecue sandwich and the fish and chips and it was good.

We decided to spend Mother s Day weekend in Georgia, and stopped by Toucan s Ale House for dinner with the kids. We read the sign posted on the door about being short staffed and went inside to put our name on the waitlist. We were told it would be about 25-30 minutes, so we sat outside on a bench. After waiting about 40 minutes, and watching other families come in after us and get seated, we went inside to speak to the hostess about our table. It was then that she told us that they didn t have a table to seat my family of 5. It was a Saturday evening, so we expected to have some type of wait time and understood the restaurant being short staffed and we still opted to wait patiently. For them to know that there was no table available to accommodate us, not communicate that with us and just allow us to continue to wait bothered me. We ended up picking up subs and heading back to the hotel. We did enjoy the live band that was playing outside on the other side of the building.

My hotel room.was close and I wish it was Thursday I would have wanted to hang in for Kareoke, everything was good I found out burger steak doesn't come on bread and had fried cheese cake that was tasty. Enjoy peaceful comfortable surrounding

The combo BBQ plate was to me awful. Dry ribs and mostly fatty pulled pork smothered in BBQ sauce. So basically you are tasting the BBQ sauce. My fault for not getting BBQ at a real BBQ joint.. The fried cheese cake one the other hand was fantastic.

The Food was fine.
The prices were good.
The service was alright.
The atmosphere was fine.

The Food here was fine there wasn't too much that stuck out to me as fantastic. The prices here are very resonable and affordable. The service here was a bit slow, I believe they had a note that specified that it was under staffed so I can understand that. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and seemed clean.

Arrived 5 min after closing. The Manager was nice enough to give me a Great Salad even though it was after hours! AWESOME Customer service & Food!!

A restaurant is nothing without a good cook and handful of good employees, our server assured everything was to a t and made sure we never went without! The food is something you ll never taste anywhere else! Highly recommended

We were traveling through the area and decided to give them a try for dinner. It was a Friday night. The place was very busy. We had probably a 30 or 40 minute wait. They did have a sign posted on the door that they were short-staffed. I'm guessing due to the virus. I tried the crab stew, which was very tasty. it's a sports bar type atmosphere.
