Total Rental/The Party Center Review

I would not recommend this company for any event. We had a contract for them to hang "white" colored paper lanterns at our wedding. However, they installed blue toned bulbs in them so that we had BLUE lanterns!!!! Imagine the image of a romantic farm wedding on a spaceship and you've got it. We brought it to their attention and requested a refund. Their response, after months of our request, was what we felt to be a manipulative, disregard for our once in a lifetime event.

This is a terrific local business with amazing service. Thanks for making our recent event a complete success.

My son and daughter in-law rented tables, linens and white stools for an outdoor wedding. The stools looked horrible!! Scratched, discolored and lots of different color markings on them. You would think with the prices they charge for rentals they could take a few days every so often to repaint them. Just a warning if you re looking to rent white stools.

I hired the Party Center to do outdoor lighting and a dance floor for my wedding this past weekend, and they were phenomenal. They were so easy to work with, and they were so easy to communicate with. We had a difficult venue, but they pulled through and were able to make my wedding look like an absolute dream. I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful services. If you're having a wedding, definitely hire them!

From the first visit from the Party Center's Jennifer Allerton, I knew I was in good hands. We hosted our daughters' wedding at home and their service, set up and clean up were outstanding. Jennifer was always very responsive with all our questions and concerns. She had great ideas as well! The set up crew worked for hours and did a great job and left the lawn in as good a shape as they found it! We could not have been happier! The crew that took it all down worked in 101 degree heat and were extremely courteous and professional. Should we ever do another party we would not even look elsewhere. A job well done!!!!!

We had rented from the Party Center for our wedding, and they were responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 our wedding got drastically changed, and we were no longer in need of the Party Centers services. They were kind enough to refund us our deposit, and we greatly appreciate that. Thanks so much!!!

Jennifer at The Party Center was awesome from start to finish!! She came out to measure and then gave us several options for a tent/table and chairs rental. The additional draping we ordered was awesome and made the space that much more enjoyable. Tent delivery guys were on time and efficient and the removal was easy. Thanks so much!! C u next year for the next grad!!

Horrendous. Rude and unprofessional. Had me waiting all day and couldn't provide any reasonable time estimate. When I asked why I had to call three times for a time and was told I was next each time, but then they never showered, I was told "we have a lot going on". Wow.

My wife and I contracted with this vendor last year for our wedding. They did not provide the type of lighting my wife requested. Upon reaching out to them to discuss options to remedy our dissatisfaction, they were completely unprofessional and did not make the effort necessary to make the situation right. Spare yourself the same experience and find a more professional tent company, this was not a positive experience, especially for the premium price we paid.

One of the best in the business. Amazing customer service. Most importantly they have a very responsive emergency line. If you need them after hours they will get right back to you. If you are having a event you will understand this.

As an event planner I depend heavily on rental vendors, and The Party Center sets the bar high. Their customer service is UNTOUCHABLE. I cannot tell you how many times Kim has saved me, sometimes before I even knew I need it! I am so thankful to get to partner with TPC as often as I do, because I know with them on my side, everything will be a great success. Their product selection is extensive and I really appreciate everyone's attention to detail. Cannot recommend enough!

Nicole answered the phone for me. I asked about a renting a wedding arch. She seemed bothered initially when I asked for the rental price. After she gave me a price, I asked did the arch come decorated or not. She asked in a condescending tone "What do you mean" , I explained she said "how would you like it decorated". After all that, she told me no that don't decorate at all. I could go on about our conversation but I'll leave it at that. They will not get our business.
