The only multi national company in the downstream oil and gas industry

Poor service delivery. Mails sent don't get replied. Queries are never attended to. Though a global company but has a mentality of a village square business center and civil service bureaucracy.
Psyche of Customer Service personnel have to be reoriented.

The parking facility is a major driver for me here. There is adequate security and a cool, quiet environment befitting an office area.

It is a beautiful office, it requires pre-registration of visitors prior to visit.

Big complex with lots of offices. Activities for Total Nigeria are controlled administratively from here

A company that is built in safety for all. Their staff are wonderful and very welcoming. High security personnel. And all protocols are kept to the letter.

Safety signs very adequate, walkways for wheelchair. Nice elevators.
