Food was expensive and we waited more than 1 hour for serving foods

Ok, had good lamb there once. Comedy night was a joke

Ordered for a meeting and the food was a hit. The spanokopita tasted kind of bland but the rest of the food was good (souvlaki, calamari, greek salad, dolmades). The real shining star was the moussaka. It was amazing! And the portions are huge! Plenty of leftovers.

The chicken souvlakia was great! Lunch menu is fairly well priced.

The veg moussaka was flavorful, but the eggplant was not as soft as it should be. However the sides were absolutely superb. Lemon potato, rice, small salad and the taziki sauce along with a disc of Greek bread were all delicious. Excluding ambiance, charming decoration and superb service made it a good meal.

Tzatziki: so easy to make fresh. Why you served me that crap?

This one has been a long time forgotten until I was searching for Greek food tonight. I saw Kypriaki and it reminded me of the rediculusly low qiality of food we received on Mother's Day.

We were so disgusted a restaurant would send this out we didn't even bother calling.

Very little rice, barely covered the container bottom. Single skewers where there should have been two & Very little meat on skewers & potatoes. Just not worth the $$$ it was expensive. I wish I could dig up the pics & post... will do if I find them.

Kypriaki Has gone wayyyyy down hill and definitely not the same as old.

Yes the food experience has been good not excellent, at the restaurant* and the potatoes are excellent normally. The atmosphere is just a bit off putting and a bit rude. Almost bordering on "snooty"? Not sure why.

I am glad my tie didn't get cut off though. (This was a tradition at the old restaurant)

Really just a shame because the new location had good parking for a change.

Perhaps there is something to be said about the fact it's a fairly new location with new staff and I'm sure Mothers day was busy but they took our money and provided with an underwhelming delivery experience. Won't be back anytime soon but hope they improve so we can have more choices of Greek restaurants on the North Shore.

Great Greek food on the North Shore! Nice ambiance inside with a patio on the Marine Drive sidewalk. We have also had delivery - the lamb roast arrived piping hot (with Greek salad and tzatziki in side containers). The COVID beer special is superb: 2 bottles, delivery or dine in, for $9 - includes domestic and Mythos Greek beer.

Great food, Great staff, good for party size groups.

I've never eaten in, but have had takeout/delivery twice and both times the food has been excellent.

I was in a few nights ago with my wife for dinner.

We are still talking about it as we had the best server ever......Brian.

Brian was a total delight with his Efficiency and Friendly manner. Even though you are undoubtedly aware of all this; we just wanted to let you know.

Ordinary place and medium-quality food but too high prices. They usually charge you even more than what they have written on the menu and tax, because most people don t check all the details on their payment, as they assume it is correct. Definitely, there are better Greek restaurants around, so won t recommend it.

Very disappointed considering it was rated top 5 in lower mainland. Hummus and taramasalata were bland. Dolmades were tough. Spanakopita was chewy and not very flavourful. Calamari was greasy and not crispy. Garlic Shrimp were awful. I would not order from here again. Kosta was way better!!!

Food has gone down hill big time since they have moved. What a disappointment. We are long term customers and have no plans to return.

Been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid, and the last few times have had issues with the takeout, and an issue once while dining in. The first time there was a credit applied to my account that disappeared when I went to go use it, so nothing was done. The last time, there was multiple hairs in one dish, and pieces of foil in another. Called repeatedly and was assured each time that the manager had not only been informed, but also texted the details and would call me back. Never happened. Don't know if ownership has changed, but none the less, disappointed to lose my favourite Greek restaurant.

Had a great time with family and friends. Service and food was amazing!

Usually I would give this place a 5/5, because the food is excellent and the prices are good. Nice, clean restaurant with a good atmosphere. Unfortunately last night the waitress made a mistake. One dish came out incorrect and my friend had to wait for the dish she ordered. By the time it came everyone else had finished eating. Her dinner was not comped and she paid full price for her meal, while she basically ate when everyone else had already finished.

Delicious food and wine. This place has a great ambiance and the waiters are top class. My only complaint would be that the restaurant is a bit cramped.

This place has amazing moussaka. The atmosphere is quaint and it is never overcrowded. Great place!

Don't get me wrong, but the only reason why I visited this restaurant is because one of my classmates used to work there. She invited me for a farewell party there, but man, the staff really need more training.

None of the waiters knows how to make a particular mixed alcohol drink, so it's up to my classmate to help cater her own party. Look, the food is decent, but seriously? Getting the party girl to help out is just embarrassing and unprofessional. But hey, at least the calamari is something.

We always enjoy coming to Kypriaki! The staff and food are great and the Kypriaki Past is to die for!

I highly recommend this restaurant.

Waited 25 min before getting a drink! The resturant was maybe a quarter full! When they FINALLY brought our food I had to literally YELL to get the waitresses attention when I needed something. I would NOT recommend to anyone hungry, thirsty or in want of good service.

Nice new location and great service but the food and atmosphere was poor...sorry I remember the old location so happily just not the same.

Best moussaka in town and their Soupa Avgolemono has saved me on several occasions from the flu! Though I gptta admit, the ambiance of the previous location next door was a bit more romantic - still great for dates with the girlfriend!

The roast lamb dish is ridiculous! Like smack your mamma good! Impeccable food and service every time. Highly recommended!

I was here here for a comedy show and had some good spinach and feta wraps.

Food was good but nothing really spectacular. Environment was very nice though and the staff was good. Get the pita bread. It's great!

We Ordered Delivery...Lamb and Chicken Souvlaki, Both were excellent!! Lamb and chicken were tender and juicy. The tzatziki was thick and almost spreadable as we like it! Lemon potatoes and the rice...best we've had in a long time.! Only recommendation perhaps grill the pita bread, It would just add another dimension to the delicious meal we had!

Awesome Greek food cheap for area location great just parking was hard to find . Ordered the lamb with rice etc it was good. Recommend

Bad food. Dirty kitchen. Can see the kitchen from the pickup window. All little pieces of rice was all over the floor. My pita bread was dry. Food is inconsistent.

Me and my friends ordered for delivery from her. It took two hours to get here, they charged us full price even though the food was cold. And the everyone I spoke to from the delivery driver to the manager didn't seem to care. Used to love eating from here but now I'll never order from kypriaki again.

I split a Vegetable Platter with my girlfriend, and it was delicious! Came with complimentary Pita Bread too. The calamari was also excellent! Great variety of Beers on tap.

Only complaint would be the dusty/dirty table, since we were sitting on the patio. Understandably so, since it s late September, but I would have appreciated a quick wipe down(:

I really loved the tiny former location. Having said that I understand why they moved. There was always a line up and now one can usually get a table. Great Greek food.

Awesome food! Pleasant, non-imposing service with a smile. Went to another Greek place on Davie and was hugely disappointed, kypriaki was the exact opposite!!

Dry lamb!!! , we ordered 5 roast lambs, we all found to be dry and cold. This is the first and last time I'm eating at that place. I left no tip.

If you like authentic Greek dining then this is a great place to go. We ordered the roast lamb for 4 which is great value. Plus there was enough left over for lunch the next day.

I love this place BUT the last two times I ve eaten here(once inside, once ordered out) I ve ordered the chicken gyro, both times the chicken has been raw.
I suggest checking your chicken before you eat it from here

Love this place, amazing roast lamb, great price, and great service. The atmosphere is for older individuals, so I wouldn't go there if you are trying to sit down and drink with your young friends. But food is amazing! Highly Recommend.

Had dinner and drinks with friends last night, love the lounge area and the vibe, great music, much better than the last time we were there, actually felt like a Friday night out and not just dinner.

Best mussels we have ever had in Vancouver, testy Dolmades and coffee, reasonable price. Very good service. Highly recommended

Had a birthday dinner tonight. Food was fabulous, and our server was excellent. My first time in the restaurant, my daughter and husband have been a few other times. Friends of ours have been going for years, I see why!. Amazing prices and serving size. My new favorite restaurant.

Stopped in for a nice lunch after a hike up Cypress mountain. Food is quite good and moderately priced. I'll eat here again for sure :)

They went above and beyond. We showed up with a group of about 30 and they graciously allowed us to use their lounge. The food was perfect! The hummus and pita was rich and flavourful. The saganaki totally satisfied my cravings. Thank you!!!!

Wonderful service and food. Love the relaxing, calm atmosphere. Large enoufh to have a large group at one end and smaller groups at the other end.

There's better Greek food on the North Shore. Lot's of old people like it though

During covid we haven't been out for dinner except for our anniversary in which we went to Kypriaki's to dine in. The staff were taking all precautions for everyone's safety and the Moussaka and Roast Lamb were amazing with very generous portions.

Today our family ordered take-out which was the Roast Lamb for 4. The food was as expected did not disappoint, the quality of the food was excellent and the portions more than fulfilling, as an active family we rarely have any leftovers. It is great to see restaurants like Kypriakis open during times like this, I choose to dine in or do pick up rather than use a delivery service just to ensure that all the proceeds go to the restaurants who are making their best efforts to stay open during this time. We will be back.

I ordered delivery of a beef souvlaki and a pepsi. It arrived over an hour later, stone cold and without the drink. Not realizing the situation, I paid the driver and he left. When I called the store, I asked for the driver to come back but instead, they just kept saying they'd call me back. This went on for another half hour with them not calling me so I ended up driving the unopened food to the store for a refund. They tried to say that they were understaffed (why that matters, I don't know). The restaurant was completely empty. Treating customers this way is rude and unacceptable. I guess that's why the place is a ghost town. I won't be going back, that's for damn sure!!

Had the chicken and lamb souvlaki. Tasty as hell. Friendly staff and kid friendly. Will be coming back here when I'm back in town.

Love, love, love it. The BEST Greek food. I travel from Coquitlam to go to Kypriaki for their amazing food and great service. I wish they were closer to me. Mmmmmmm my fav.

This was an amazing meal! We really enjoyed eating at this quaint restaurant while visiting Vancouver. The lamb gyro was amazing and I topped it off with a Greek beer.

I love the restaurant decorations it's reminded me of Athens. The foods was tasty but i didn't like the rice! Potatos + rice+ Moussaka = too much carbohydrates

Big place, big portions, decent food. Service was adequate. No big complaints. If you're in the area and wanting a sit down meal, Kypriaki will suffice.

Phoned in an order for delivery and was told it would be a 1 hour wait which was fine. My order arrived 5 mins short of 2 hours. Had moussaka and roast lamb both of which were supposed to come with tzatziki but failed to make it in the bag. Quite unfortunate as I love it on my meat and rice. Lamb was very tender. Overall food was good as far as I could tell, since I ate it in about two minutes being sooo hungry by the time it arrived!

We have eaten very well there, definitely recommended. Many for little had dish for 2 is delicious.

Nice, cozy and quite place - perfect for romantic dinner - Services was good and as the food. We had the Paros Plate and it was delicious. After the meal we shared Bougatsa dessert and that was heavenly good. Can't wait to go back and try more from the menu.

Mediocre food. I ve had better. When we asked for our food to go the waitress threw our ribs in the garbage after only eating haft of them. Disappointing...

I am seriously let down. Last few times ordering from here were great. Delicious food, hot, good portions. Tonight however was a major disappointment. Never ordering again and I suggest you don't bother either.
