Victoria is simply the best lender I have used in my 10+ years in Real Estate as a Realtor. I had a deal falling apart because my client's lender could not perform on their condo purchase. As I was typing out the termination, I was told about a lender who could perform almost every condo, home, etc.so I called Victoria and a short time later, we closed on the very condo. I have used Victoria @ Total Mortgage exclusively since and my clients love her. Their words are "Patient, over communicates, fully transparent, easily accessible, always calls back" are just some of the praise I get for her. I make nothing for referring her, that's illegal, I just recognize really good professionals that compliment my Real Estate business. I give Victoria 12 stars out of 5.

There was never a sense of pressure or sales pitch from Ms. Breed (or anyone from her team). Everyone was on the same page and worked together to ensure we were getting the best support.

She provided recommendations that were in OUR best interest, but also relative to what we were looking for. We felt comfortable working with her and would do it again in the same way. They re professionals and problem solvers. While I was interested in purchasing a condo/townhouse, I needed FHA single unit approval aka FHA spot approval. While most mortgage providers didn t want to go through the process, Total Mortgage took the extra step and got me the approval. I almost gave up on the idea of purchasing any property, but thanks to Shea and Michael the process went very smoothly. I definitely recommend this place.

We loved the team from Total , Alex and Meredith were so helpful. From start to finish working with Alex made the process so easy. He answered all of our questions and was always available. Super knowledgeable, and professional, with a great sense of humor too. He made a potentially daunting experience so easy to manage.

This is the second time working with Suzanne and her team for a home purchase almost 10 years apart on each. Experience working with her team was as stress-free as buying a home and could tell throughout the entire process that we would close on time or early.
