Robert K. was very knowledgeable & professional in assessing our current HVAC system (2 yr old furnace & 24 yr old Trane AC). was able to recommend tweaks to our existing furnace in combination with a new 2-Stage Trane AC to eliminate the "Too Cold" feeling that we usually got from our singel stage AC while still have full capacity during the hottest days. Scott, our installer wa also very professional. Very punctual, polite and most importantly drew on his 22+ yrs of experience yielding an optimized install/replacement of old AC and adjustments to our 2 year old furnace and the addition of a new control panel to help our system run leaner & longer, eliminating the A/C units' frequent cycling on & off, which = feeling cold too often. We also added a Bipolar Ionization air cleaning system that is maintenance free to greatly reduce the stuffy house smell that can result from keeping the house closed up during the cooling or heating season. Especially important now with the smoke from western forest fires and our allergies as we get older. Highly recommend Total Residential for their ability to properly diagnose and recommend what 3 other quotes missed. I truly believe the right installer is equally important if not more so than the right equipment.

Hi My name is Marty and heave been dealing with Total Mechanical for several years. Upon my request when talking with Penny in customer service, she went above and beyond what would have been expected to help me solve a problem before I went into surgery that week. She was understanding, professional, cordial and willing to help me out with my electrical request. I'll summarize this by saying that Penny is really good at her job and would highly recommend that you hang onto this employee. The second part is Jason, the electrical technician, that did the work. He was also professional, understanding, and takes a lot of pride in his work which is why I requested him and have dealt with him in the past. His expertise in resolving my issue was as if he was doing his own personal project. In closing, I would HIGHLY recommend both of them to friends and family.

We are absolutely satisfied with Total Residential. Our technician Spencer was on time and spent a long day making sure everything was in top-top shape. He did an exceptional job! After having no AC for a month, we are so thankful to TR for giving us a comfortable living space again. We are excited to have them back in the near future for additional work on our heating system.

Total Residential did an A+ job start to finish on replacing our two furnaces and two A/C units. The Sales Director (BJ) explained all the options and didn't try and sell us things we didn't need. Stephanie did a great job scheduling and coordinating. The 3-person installation crew was courteous, worked diligently for two days, explained everything once they were done and cleaned up perfectly. It was a big job, done right.

Total Mechanics did a wonderful job from Robert coming to our home for an estimate to Ben and Rob installing a new furnace and central air. I'm always impressed by professionalism and staff showing up on time. All workers made sure I knew what to expect before and during the project. Thank you again! After securing multiple estimates for replacement or our 20 year old HVAC system, we decided to go with Total Residential. What a great decision! Price was competitive. Crew arrived on time and completed the job as promised. Crew members worked well together , were respectful of property, and were friendly yet professional. One crew member guided us through setup and use of the new thermostat and members of the team made sure to offer us multiple opportunities to ask questions. Site was clean and orderly with everything working perfectly when the crew left. Very pleased and would certainly recommend Total Residential to others.
