I hired Keith about 8 or so years ago and it was a mistake. This review is long overdue. I hope he changed the way he approaches a project. I had to eventually move onto another vendor for my 25k system. The install was poor, configs were basic with no intuitive insight to customize. He and his small team left holes in my walls and ceiling. Scraped up the bezel on my new TV and left the rack and wiring a mess without labeling. When asked to resolve I got no where. Anytime I wanted to talk with him he tried to sell me something. There was never an end to my install until I finally left him.
The media room is amazing! No wires or cables just fantastic sound and picture. I love that I can use my phone for lighting, security, temperature and sound. The system and team is fantastic! I highly recommend them!
Total Homes set up my smart home five years ago. They did a terrific job and everything is still functioning perfectly (in fact, upgrades are always being made). Their maintenance and troubleshooting is what I think makes them really stand out: they excel at customer service.
