Plus, their remote service and technical support operation is nothing short of AWESOME. Just email them with any problem or question about your system and they get back to you within an hour or two at most, and keep working till the issue is resolved or your question is answered. This is the first review of any kind that I ve ever given, but the Total Home experience has been so exceptional especially in an industry that s packed with unscrupulous, dishonest and incompetent providers that I just had to give a major shout out to a company and group of people who are doing things right, standing by their work and providing amazing customer support.
