Navigating their websiteS (plural because why not make things needlessly and exceedingly confusing for their clientele?) is an absolute nightmare. Wound up locked out of my own account. Called the Help Desk only to receive an automated prompt telling me to leave a message and that they would "call me back". Still haven't heard from anyone. Ridiculous. Zero effort put into customer care, efficiency, or ease of use. If I could have rated zero stars I would have. Private insurance like this is a racket. Even with a Gold Plan this is how they deal with their customer base. This is why we need Medicare for All.
