Awesome service! After suffering from AC failure for 24 hours I nervously called these guys expecting the same terrible service my last AC company gave me...... But I was so wrong to be nervous. The lovely ladies on the phone were efficient, helpful, and very clear and did everything they could to fit me in. Then, right at the promised time slot Somert and Bryan showed up, found the problem very quickly, replaced the part, and and then went on to check the rest of the system for failing parts, gave me general maintenance tips and cleaned out my evaporation pipe just because "it had never been done".....and the bill was just the call-out charge as the part was under warranty. Awesome guys, really knowledgeable and friendly and definately a big credit to the company. Thanks everyone, awesome job by everyone, I will now be a repeat customer.
These guys replaced our entire ac system and much of the ductwork, in 1 day. They did a fine job even though the attic was HOT the install team kept at it til they finished, from 8a til 6p only stopped for a short lunch.. Prices on par with most others but Sales and install folk were experienced and totally open to any concerns prior to work done.
Totally happy with the experience and would highly recommend.
Stay far away from this one. Asked for a price on replacing a warrantied Carrier evaporator coil (that they originally installed in 2016) - they agreed to $350. Told that their tech would have to diagnose the issue himself, no charge. Next day he diagnosed an evaporator coil leak. Next two days I called the office multiple times to ask if the warrantied part had been ordered. Called again was told I needed to speak to Frank, the service manager, found out later he is the owner. Frank said the new price to replace the warrantied coil is $595, take it or leave it. I asked why the new price? I had spoken to Andrea all week about the issue, and nothing has changed (need warrantied evap coil installed). Frank, the owner, said he didn't care what she said, and hung up on me.

I recently had my older HVAC system replaced with a new system by Total Air Solutions. Frank DeCarlo, the owner explained everything prior to installation. Everything went smoothly; the installers were on time, professional, polite, friendly and clean. If only all installers worked as well as this group! I highly recommend Total Air Solutions.

2/26/20 Our AC unit was running but not cooling down the condo. We called the 24 hour hotline at 6:30 am 2/27/20. Total Air Solutions staff promptly called us back and scheduled a service call for 10-12 the same day. The AC service rep was extremely professional and fixed our AC unit by noon today! Our AC was making loud noises and our thermostat shut down. Kyle M came out to fix it. He was on time, very polite and fixed our problem in no time! He even went the extra step and changed out our air filter after he fixed the problem.

Truck 19 smacked my door of my truck in a parking lot on 11/27/17 the employees denied it and began to get in a confrontation with me in the parking lot. I called the number on the truck spoke to a Nice lady named Holly she assured me that the owner would be in contact with me reguarding this. Over a week later and no response. Judging by your reaction to this simple problem and a 3.9 rating on google shows a lot about your company I wouldn t trust you or any of your employees on my property to fix my A/C system.... make one person happy they may tell one person piss someone off they WILL tell 10! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Tell you one thing do the opposite!

Our air conditioner was not working on 5/13.My husband was not at home so I called the office and spoke with a very knowledgeable lady who asked me a few questions and told me that Jeff would be by to look at my system that afternoon. Jeff arrived on time ,checked out the problem and explained to me(in a way that I could understand) what needed to be done. HE was very pleasant and efficient.The Filter in the kitchen needed to be changed which he did. Because the air filter was in the kitchen it was quite dirty. Jeff really went above and beyond. He replaced the filter and meticulously cleaned that grill covering the filter. I especially appreciated him cleaning the grill because to reach it I or my husband would have had to get up on a ladder which is quite dangerous due to our age. Again Jeff could not have been more pleasant and professional
We have used Total Air several times and have always been pleased. We are going to buy an annual service contract and have regular service calls to hopefully prevent the expensive after hours calls which we have needed.
Very pleased with the whole process of getting quotes, information, setting up install and the install itself went as promised, on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Robert and Kyle went above and beyond making sure my new unit was up to code, secure, and they even corrected a few things due to previous unit. Robert took time to thoroughly explain the warranty program, and answered several questions.

After hurricane Irma restarting our AC took a couple of visits, they came promptly with each call.
In andinspection last January, the tech noticed that there was a problem with the UV light in the AC return. He replace it, no charge.
On scheduled service they arrive in the time window so you can still plan the rest of your day.
On the star ratings I rarely give all the stars, we all need goals to keep us on out toes. Total Air Solution is great.
Recently the Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce was having issues with our air conditioning system. Total Air Solutions, a chamber member, was the first company to respond after an email was sent regarding the issue. Total Air Solutions was at our door the next morning at 9am. They evaluated the problem, gave us a fair price and replaced the motor that had burned out all in the same day. Their responsiveness and efficiency was very important to us as we are also a visitors center and being without an air conditioned office would have been very unpleasant. And, we have had no issues with our air conditioner since Total Air Solutions diagnosed the problem correctly.
Total Air Solutions provides professional and quality service for my air conditioning. They are honest and have never tried to sell me anything that was not necessary. They have kept my 13-year-old AC unit running well and tell me that it is still in good shape. I trust them and will purchase a new unit from them when my old one gives up the ghost.
Wilder and Alex were great. We need a major repair they were responsive and very professional. The cleaned up and were very careful.
Caught by surprise I had to replace my air conditioning unit. TAS made the experience as uneventful as possible. They were here on time, worked under a mobile home in the dirt and I never heard a complaint. What was to take two days only took one. Could not be more satisfied. Our old A/C finally failed, but a call to Total Air solved our problems. They worked with us to get the right components for the best price (they had multiple options to choose from), and then quickly and professionally performed the complete installation, including fixing some existing problems discovered in the ductwork and thermostat location. As a bonus, the new unit is saving us money on our FPL bill with better performance and efficiency.

Couldn't be more pleased with this company and the thorough work of their technicians. I had previously used another company that turned out to be less than reputable and I had had enough. I asked my neighbor what company he used and he said Total Air Solutions. When I called, the representative was very helpful and scheduled my first maintenance call for today, 12 February 2021.
Upon arrival, Bryan H. was friendly and when I asked to learn more about my system, he was enthusiastic and I could tell he really enjoyed his work. He went through the entire system with me and performed a comprehensive system check including checking electrical components, condensate drain system, cleaning, and a temperature differential check. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and left a detailed invoice describing all the checks that were performed.
As a 30 year Navy veteran used to dealing with technical systems on ships, I was able to get a level of detail that I rarely get from service technicians these days and I am thankful for that. Bryan was courteous, thoroughly professional, and most importantly, displayed integrity in his recommendations. He didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary and he is a credit to this company. Prompt, Professional service. They were recommended by a local business that I use, so I called them and one of the owners personally stopped by and quoted me for annual maintenance service. My A/C is kept running great by the techs that service it every 6 months. The last tech (Ginny) did something to eliminate the light vibration that had been part of its operation since we bought the house 4 years ago. All of the techs are first rate.

The price I got for a Carrier AC/heat pump was very competitive but the biggest value advantage was the additional 9 years labor warranty coverage that comes when you sign up for the annual service contract. The installers were on time, courteous, skillful and professional. The office staff/dispatcher was extremely courteous and helpful as well. So far, no issues, only good things to say.
