Pros- The developers get to work on desktop, which gives them the leisure to be free once they leave office.
Cons- each developer had to clock in atleast 9 hours daily with or without work you get over time only if you stay post 12am.

I don't think software companies are also like this. There is no security check.

Not much intresting.....They dont think of giving chance for freshers .
They dont give opportunity for freshers to learn and develop skills in field.
We request you people to give chance for freshers and learn something new. Kindly try to provide opportunity for freshers please....

Work pressure depends on the deliverables.(I think being a programmer, it is better to learn how to handle work pressure rater than messing things.)
