Good people to deal with and a nice little drivers lounge while you wait.

Best customer service and excellent service of my truck from this location. Each visite for annual tuneup Mr Steve on front desk explain all maintenance very well and tried to keep customer up-to-date. Thanks Mr Steve and toromont Cat.

Took my truck for ECM calibration and they tried to tell me its a 10 hour job. I took it to Metro Freightliner Dealer - licensed for CAT and it took only 1hr and 10mins to finish it. So you decide what type of people you want to deal with. <<SCAMMER>> BEWARE

Horrible service. Unprofessional people. Visit Cat facility through US and Canada but this one was the worst I have been in to.

Lady working there on holidays of Easter ,can t even help that much making excuses.

Horrible people working there, from service advisors who are rude to mechanics that don't know what's going on. Go to the one in Hamilton. .........So here's a bit of a update on the recent weeks. After spending $3200 to fix a check engine light I went back 3 more times since the first review and spent in a total of $7000 to repair the check light issue and almost 40 hrs in labour. Needles to say o came up with a $.99 cent solution. Black electrical tape to cover check engine light. Please I beg you don't go to this place. Go to any other shop.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in parts and service departments. I did tune up on my CAT engine here. And as complimentary, at the end received a voucher for 100$. Definitely will deal again. Recommend!

Never had a bad experiance with this Toromont branch. Parts are always in stock due to the fact they have a gigantic warehouse on site along with a great deal of knowledgeable field service technicians. Kai the service manager for the "Tractor" Division or Heavy Equipment is very knowledgeable about their machinery and also good tips/tricks for our own up keep of machines. Always a fun trip to the "candy store" aka their merchandise store for some nice memorabilia or apparel

I was bring my truck with ower heating issue they help me out fix the problem.I like to thx for steve,ken,and Marshall and for technesion,they veri nice people,friendle beutifuel,people and professional.Absolutly I recomend them,thank you guys.

Receptionist is very rude. You can tell she hates her job. Will disconnect the phone as soon as you say "hello" so it looks like she is doing her job. No point, look elsewhere for business.

Great customer service, terrible to get in though, roads out front are to confusing and way to busy. They need a new location

This review is based on the hiring process/interviewers, and not about this company's products and services.

I had a job interview at Toromont Cat in 2014. I was interviewed by two employees. One employee was very nice and straightforward about the job position. The other interviewer came in to interview me and asked for the make, model and year of my personal vehicle. When I told the interviewer, it was written down and I was given a dirtiy look.

Because my vehicle is very old, that was pretty much the end of my interview. If I had lied and said I had some fancy late model vehicle, I most likely would not have received a dirty look from the interviewer and may have had a chance at the job position.

When I contacted the labour board to tell them about this incident, customer service said they had never heard of an employer wanting to know a potential employee's vehicle make/model/year information at a job interview.

This has bothered and angered me for some time, so I finally decided to post this review. I think it's a form of discrimination, but others may not see it as discrimination. Since the labour board was completely useless when I spoke with them, this review is my only chance at being heard.

The interviewers had no idea about me or what hardships I had been through in my personal life, but they judge me based on the age of my vehicle. I see that the owner is responding to some of these Google reviews. Come and sue me for this review. I have nothing to sue for.

#1 in heavy equipment. Why go else where unless you dont need Dependability, Quality, Durability.

Value for money spent on engine and other repairs, New improved facility is amazing.

Worked in small parts, conditions are very hot in the summer no A/C not an ideal place to work so won t recommend it.
