Ordered a solar light for my front lamp post from Lutec, received a solar panel. After hours of attempting to reach someone they said I had to pay return postage and when they received the package they would send me a new item. Then they blamed the error on me even though my order confirmation showed that I had ordered the correct item. This company is based in China so I had very little recourse.
