Friendly and great staff with high production quality

The supervisors play favorites. I was told I couldn't talk to the person I was directly working with, yet the shift lead and supervisor spent hours talking to one of their favorite employees. The shift supervisor also has a bad attitude. He asked me to do something and then got upset when I told him I hadn't ever done it before and I just wanted to see it done once so I would know how to do it. They show little respect to their employees

I tried to fill out an application but their website wouldn't allow me to do so.

This company has great supervisors and leads that have no problem helping you and teaching you anything you want to learn, and they actually want you to succeed. This company is highly recognized in the aerospace industry, it s very well respected and I would highly recommend working here.
