I have a very bad experience, I shopped there, they sent the product wrong, no one Responsible there, they just give me a number I call it is very difficult to reach him, and I buy the product there karwei they make mistake I should change by my self is Horrible experience, you give Money after that They forget you.There is a big shop they order online after that they say you should follow your product we cannot do anything else.is not good business.if you get money you should Follow your product and your customer....I hope they change Their system......

Waardeloze manager , gebeld of de bezorgkosten gratis waren en de telefoniste vertelde dat het tot 25 km gratis is . Bij het afrekenen kwamen er de bezorgkosten Bij. De filiaalhouder was niet tot rede vatbaar en zeer arrogant. Ik ga hier nooit meer iets komen al moet ik er 50 km verder voor rijden .

SHARELESS, RESPECTLESS AND ORDINARY! There was a woman behind the till with a tight bun around 40. I ask this lady if they have an artificial plant on offer. Without looking at the product that I show her, she says without looking at me .. "We don't have all the artificial plants there anymore. Afterwards it turns out that I could also look through the site to see if there were branches. van Helmond still 2 to be present! I call and they just have it !! When I came to pick it up she did not even apologize or offer compensation because I had to drive up and down twice for this! expect a response to this!

Product turned out to be out of stock even though the site and the computer did indicate stock. A good solution could not be offered either. It could be sent home, however 39 euros extra shipping costs, nothing was possible with this. In the end it succeeded at the neighbors (praxis), where it was even cheaper!

Great service ... due to a delay in the delivery of the kitchen, I was at the service counter two months later with just two return items ... just money back. Always good advice and time for the customer ... friendly staff ... nice discounts. I always go there immediately ... sometimes I check another hardware store, but I don't succeed. Regular customer for 8 years.

Great store, often have just the (standard) things in stock that the conculeagues no longer want to carry. Staff is ok, no comments about it actually. Every now and then nice sharp actions.
