Geary experience! Salesman was not pushy for the sale. He let us tell him what we wanted and he helped make it happen.

See a car online.... very interested ! put all my information in per the site request and it clearly says get (TODAYS) price, after the information has been submitted, i get an email and a phone call and appointment set up, i still don't get the (todays price) and then i arrive and ask about it after i test the car and what does the rep say : oh that's a bogus ! well aright then ! how do you expect me to trust you if you lied to me the first 5 mins of being on your site?? and then i send an email to the same person whom set my appointment and i don't even get a response..... typical sales men pitch? i thought BMW is bigger than that... obviously i was wrong .

Excellent experience with Tom Williams BMW. They re a first class operation. Ed was very professional, not too pushy with loads of knowledge about the car. They have very fair prices at Tom Williams BMW...you also get what you pay for in the car experience dealing with them.

I was received immediately upon arrival and met with professional greeting & assistance. I waited in the very nice lounge area & was called out within a little over an hour I believe! My car was finished & waiting on me to drive away. I have experienced no issues as of this date on the Air Bag Recall that I went there for!

Valerie worked really hard to help me get this car home in time for a graduation surprise, and we did it! It took a little extra effort , but it happened and I'm thankful for being able to get a quality vehicle to my daughter as she's on her way to Mississippi to start life after high school as a ballerina there. It has the look she wanted and it runs great! We couldn't be happier.

Satisfied beyond words. Ed McGehee, our Sales Rep, to care of us from the moment we walked in the showroom until the moment we drove away in the new car, a 430i Convertible. He is still taking care of us with questions and comments. Emily, the auto technology specialist, spent a good deal of time showing us how to use all the settings in car. We are continually pleased with the 430i and its capabilities.

I was driving on I-459, heard a noise and also received a warning "Tire pressure low please stop the car". Slowly stopped my car towards right and saw nothing happened to tires but there was a crack on rim of the rear drivers side wheel. Please take a look at picture. I got my vehicle towed to this dealership. They said the tire got punctured and the wheel broke and they do not agree that it is manufacturing defect. Fine, If BMW doesn't consider this as manufacturing defect why are these wheels so expensive when they are tend to break so easily? These are run flat tires, there is no spare tire concept. What if these kind of incidents happen while driving far from cities. Are we stuck on the road? This is definitely a defect in BMW, they have to fix this.
