I was working with Bill in sales on a truck we needed modified. Bill kept pushing for a deposit without confirming we could get the truck modified without affecting the warranty and in the time frame we needed. I personally setup most of the modification we need with another dealership and all needed Bill to was call the other dealer ship to confirm the time frame. He told me it was no problem but never made the call he drug his feet then called and said the truck is sold. This is one of those dealerships in my option that will tell you whatever you want to hear to get a sale. Stay away from these guys. Freeway Isuzu is not far away has better prices and a honest sales staff.
