Internet us constantly down. I have to call multiple times a month with this issue, even after they keep coming out to upgrade our equipment and point it toward a new tower which is stronger. Saying goodbye to them. I ve spoken to Manny quite a few times and yes he is very friendly and takes care of my bill when my service has been out multiple times in one month, but when I m told a supervisor will be calling me from the tech department on the same day, it doesn t happen and Manny doesn t follow up with me to see if I was contacted, us not the service I want.

Great service. I got the needed service the day after I called. I had a 4 hour window and Leonard. The tech, was right on time. Even though there were some challenges in getting my service restored, he remained cheerful and focused.

Great customer service! For that I ll stay with AWI. For what I need my internet for it works for me! I m not completely Satisfied with my service, at times my connection does get very slow in the evenings! If your a gamer this probable isn t the best service to go with, but that being said there isn t a provider in my area that would be good for gaming. I ve had TDS and have had all the same problems with them as well, only they aren t as friendly and willing to help you with your problems. and because this isn t a dedicated line you can expect speeds to drop off in the evenings since you re sharing your connection with everyone else. This is a line of site service so everyone s experience is going to be a little different, all I can say is try it and see if It works for you. This is a local company and I thinks it s important to support local people! Our area is growing fast and I m sure it s hard to keep up with this growth! This isn t the first time I ve had AWI and I know they ve made great strides through the years! My internet service isn t perfect but it s the best I ve had and the best price I ve been able to find.

I have used the net since it was invented. There has never been any service in all those decades as exceptional as AWI! I recently upgraded my service. It took 3 trips to my facility for a total time over 10 hours. AWI demonstrated uncommon dedication to insuring all my several systems worked perfectly. I give AWI the highest possible kudos and recommendation!

AWI has given our company superior service compare to the other providers in the Southern Utah Area.
Mario Olvera, a Supervisor, oversaw our account when transitioning our services to a new, closer tower. Not only did he monitor the transition, but he followed through confirming that we were getting great service.
Alex Garcia, a technician, came to our location. He determined that our services would be better if the antenna was move. The antenna was not in very accessible position but that didn't deter him from do his job the best way.
Both of these Gentlemen were very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with all of the interactions that our company has had with AWI. No other provider can beat their services, or their price.

Internet in my area ( downtown Saint George) seems to be pretty good. Occasionally goes out or is really slow but for the most part pretty good. Guy who did installation was supposed to show up in a two hour window. Two hours passed and nothing so I called the office and guy called installer and then got back ahold of me and said he was on his way. Showed up probably 45 minutes after two hour window and left a mess. Both the installer and office were unapologetic for wasting my time.

It's my first day of having AWI, but so far so good. The salesman Daniel gave me a great deal and was super friendly. The technician was also very pleasant and went out of his way to make me a happy customer. I hope their service is as great as I've heard. So far I am very happy with it.

The service techs, salesperson, to the front desk, very polite and professional. Prices are very reasonable. No hidden fees, just straight forward.

We switched from TDS to AWI years ago and are so happy we did. Their office is easy to find and everyone I've ever talked to that works there is so helpful and friendly. You never feel like just another number, we live in Hurricane and once a very strong wind blew our antenna off a little and they responded so fast it was fixed right away. The prices are super competitive if not beating most other internet places. They are very polite and professional when they install. They have an easy online pay system. Highly recommend AWI.

Definitely the best internet service provider in southern Utah! Fast, dependable, affordable and the best customer service! And they cover rural areas that no other internet service provider cover. 5/5
