Internet us constantly down. I have to call multiple times a month with this issue, even after they keep coming out to upgrade our equipment and point it toward a new tower which is stronger. I ve spoken to Manny quite a few times and yes he is very friendly and takes care of my bill when my service has been out multiple times in one month, but when I m told a supervisor will be calling me from the tech department on the same day, it doesn t happen and Manny doesn t follow up with me to see if I was contacted, us not the service I want.
