Great burgers, just a little expensive. Expect to spend $12+ for a burger and fries

I have been here many times and will continue to come. The burgers are great. My choice on the menu is the ampersand burger with sweet potato fries.

Forced sit down service is really inconvenient and not worth it, if I want to pay for service I'll go to a real restaurant. This restaurant suddenly changed to a required sit down or carry out option only. The hostess who seated us didn't explain that they added this feature and that we had no option while she took us to sit at a table. When we asked what was going on she said they change their service, and that everybody seem to be confused by this because everyone was asking her and she didn't know why or how It change...um..there's your sign - maybe you need to tell your customers what's going on. It took longer to have a waitress take our order and bring us our food than for us to order it ourselves; she didn't provide any additional service or bring us any more drinks and we couldn't even get a spare napkin but of course a tip was expected. No extra effort was put into improving the ambience or atmosphere of the restaurant Why the heck did you make the change it adds no value and I will not come back. By the way as we left a bunch of people were standing waiting to be seated when there were at least 20 open tables - how ridiculous.

For what you pay, the food is just okay. I still prefer meatheads.

First time trying this place, I was in awe on how big and spacious the place is. Literally lots of seating and quick service. Definitely coming back again in the near future.

Great burgers and a ridiculous amount of condiments to choose from. They also have games to play while you wait/eat.

The manager needs a new job! He was extremely rude. You could definitely tell he hates his job. Nothing special about the burgers.

I went to this place for the second time and I still enjoyed their food. The flavor and portions were good. The service was good too very attentive.

Incredible food and even better service. My meal came out wrong and the manager made it up no questions asked and immediately.

Great burgers and excellent shakes/malts. They offer a different twist on burger toppings which are quite unique; the Blue Chip burger is topped with avocado, garlic, tomato, blue cheese and potato chips. Only downside is the cost (a bit pricey) and the length of time it takes them to get to-go orders ready. Overall a nice change of pace for lunch or dinner...

Really good food and good shakes and their own sodas which are good. The burgers here are good as well as the salads. They have good service and the food does not take very long. Not cheap but worth it because it is a fancy Burger place.

In response to the previous review about hostess service, they have discounted that practice. It's a regular order place again.

The food is pricey, but it's alright. I recommend trying a new burger every time.

Burgers are great and the shakes are even better. They have gluten free buns. Last time I got the Chicken Pesto Sandwich - it was flavorless which was disappointing. Sticking to the burger menu going forward.

Have had issue with order accuracy. Food has been undercooked on several occasions. Employees not very friendly and manager is unreasonable.

Disappointed with the size of the burger for the price. I'd compare it to Culver's and you pay a lot less there. I won't be back.

You people make me sick the burgers are like Wendy's bugers they are so small 8 dollars for an double and the sickest part is they break the Angus Patty in half to make it. Look like a double are you serious no one should go here it's such a scam !!!!!
