I must compliment Mr. Mike Degrauwe for his EXCELLENCE in work ethic and level of conscientiousness toward those in the community. On all occasions he has responded to my inquiries within 24 hours or sooner AND he has been sure to broadcast messages to all residents whenever some action is being performed that may be of interest. These two examples alone may seem pretty basic, but it’s something that was either absent or spotty in the past. I’ve noticed a dramatic change since Mike has taken over and thought I’d take an extra moment to offer this special recognition and praise. Thanks Mike!!
