Although they didn't have a.y.c.e., I am never disappointed coming here. We ended up with the happy boat to get the most sushi/sashimi. I really didn't see any special rolls in the dinner menu.
FOOD IS GOOD, GOOD SIZE PORTIONS, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OTHER PEOPLE.
Worst experience ever since going here for years. Besides the price increases and them charging you for extra rice and even hot green tea, the food was unsatisfying. I was still hungry when I left which was never the case. I always left full and with a box of left overs. Maybe you might like it but times have changed and not for the better at this restaurant.
Lunch time - Food was delicious, no wait. Was surprised restaurant was empty. Great place to go for lunch & dinner. Been going here for over 25yrs.
The restaurant is great and broad, the menu was yummy and the rates were very reasonable. quick, productive service and very friendly waiters. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
Just like the good old days. Great tasting NY steak, tempura, tonkatsu, and today, sukiyaki. Been going to the one on San Gabriel valley since 1985. That's gone, this is what's left. I'll keep coming back here.
Good sized portions and takeout was very prompt. Would return again.
Great place for teriyaki, wouldn't recommend much else. Place had been here for years, an institution. Prices are reasonable and portions are nice.
