Thanks to neslihan lady from customer relations, we do not have a single service

The parking sensors of the vehicle I paid in cash 2 weeks ago get stuck the day I come to pick up the vehicle and I am waiting for exactly 4 hours. You even told me when I would pick up the vehicle. Isn't there any preparation the day before? Shame on you. (We came to take delivery of the vehicle to have a good memory with my mother, thank you and we were disgraced)

Isn't there a fault detection device in an authorized service?
