Terrible service! Please Do not waste your money in this place ! Still waiting for the store to replace one of my chairs... it s been a year.

Terrible quality of furniture. You can find the same furniture they sell at other stores for literally almost half of the cost. On top of all of it I had an Xbox go missing after the delivery guys dropped off my furniture. I will not be using this company any longer.

This company and its other locations are allowing customers to purchase furniture using fraudulent info. An ID is required yet people are walking out with furniture purchased using someone elses identity! If you have purchased from them or anyone who might be associated with them, pay close attention to your credit reports.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE ! My bed broke 2 weeks after purchase and I have been emailing and calling for the last 3 months to get it fixed. I NEVER make these ratings but I would hate for someone to go through this it's absolutely ridiculous. I'm actually planning to sue the company because it's no reason people should have to beg to get something fixed that they paid for !

I WOULD NOW RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They are a bunch of liars and also it's not worth your money and time because you have to set everything up yourself.

I brought three bedroom sets. The seller told me that the delivery and set up was all included together. When the delivery men came, they dropped off the items and gave me some paper works and left to go back to their truck. I had to stop them because they were supposed to set up the stuff that I bought. They said that they weren't given any orders to set up anything. I had to show them the receipt because it said "set up" next to all the items. The movers explain ok they will come back in 2 days to set it up. I waited 2 days they didn't come, so I contacted the place they moved the date to Tuesday. They didn't come back. I tried calling customer service, one worker picked up and told me to call back in 30 mins, so I did, but now they aren't picking up any of my calls. I have been calling for the past weeks they still aren't answering my calls. Now I have to place everything together myself and it has been 7 hours and I only have half of the room set up because of how heavy the items were and where they need to be.

My daughter brought two bedroom sets. The sets are nice. However the adminstrative staff are lacking. She was told the delivery and set up fee was included in the.price. when the delivery men came and delivered the furniture. They proceeded to leave. My daughter explained to them that she was told the set up was included. However it was not indicated on the receipts. She went out and.got the money necessary for them.to.put the sets together. When she returned they were leaving. When she got to her apartment she discovered hugh boxes that the furniture was packed in the middle of her living room floor. She contacted Total Furniture and was told they do not take the boxes but they could have moved them. So why didn't they? Because of the unprofessional service and the lack of customer service this company has lost out on an additional $5000. in sells.

You buy anything from here will sure regret after. Delivered 1 week after purchase, quality of furniture TERRIBLE. It was my expensive mistake. And there is Absolutely NO RETURN policy. Don t buy anything from Today s furniture. Waste of money and time.

I paid for furniture in feb 2018 this year and this place let me pay for it in full just for the color i wanted to no longer be in stock, they wanted to force me into another color. I refused and asked for my 1,436 back and they refuse too refund it. I took them to court and i won my case and its November 2, 2018 and i have yet to receive my refund. They are dodging the court and sheriffs. Had i read the reviews before buying here i wouldn't be beat in the head for $1,436. Still no call back from the store and they have received my payment in full since February of this year. Biggest mistake of my life, and I have been sleeping on my couch since I moved into my new apartment March this year. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!!!

This store has been foing out of business for over 20 years. They are rude, unprofessional & belligerent. They talk to you however they want to and of you are a female, will even flirt with you too. I waited 5 months for furniture that never came & even had the finance company taking money for no furniture. You can never get anyone on the phone to find our what's going on with your order. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Never actually bought anything from here, however these guys are the biggest false advertisers ever. All year around these guys publicize in the boulevard that they are going out of business and that they have sales up to 75% off. I have live in this area for 10 years. It s the same scheme for very year.

When bedroom set was finally delivered after waiting 2 months. The bed didn't have all the pieces to put together. That was in November 2019. Still didn't get my bed set up yet. Kept getting excuses and promises. Now they close down and this is October 2020.. I don't know what to do?

I went to a few furniture store but they all turned me down, I came to the store and Tina helped me out she got me approved and I was able to get my new furniture. Alot of this furniture stores have the inventory but do not have the financing available for ppl with credit situations but this store has both. I truly recommend this place. Ask for Tina she is great.

I brought a bedroom set and it s now falling apart and haven t been even 3 months yet smh i will not be paying for the remaining balance. The quality of the furniture is very poor and not sturdy, and they so called 40 take it home is BS AS WELL.

Tina and Tony are great they helped me with my buying and gave me a great deal.

i would not recomend this place to anyone. They are not profesional on business. Refuse to say any nice words to the customers. If you buying furn from them. Good luck. They would do refund but only store credit. No matter satisfied or not.

The quality of the furniture is amazing! The service was helpful. Overall fantastic experience.

I want I give this people's 000000 stars but I can't that's why I give 1 but this people's are the worst ever bad money badddd business. I purchase a sofas sets back on November 2016 on the store on cottman and the blvd to Mr frank pay in full cash no credit they told me the I have to wait 2 weeks bc they didn't have the color I waited then they told again after those weeks passed to wait 4 more weeks well the pinpoint is it's been a hole full year and I haven't received my sofas call the channel 3 and a lady told me I call Mr frank and he told me the your husband was aggressive with him the last time we visit the store. I laughed and said after months and now a yrs of waiting who don't going to be mad. She probably has money I don't have no money only god knows what I went through for those 1,800 and to now not having my sofas sitting Dow in the floors t thanks to this guys
