She was told the delivery and set up fee was included in the.price. when the delivery men came and delivered the furniture. They proceeded to leave. My daughter explained to them that she was told the set up was included. However it was not indicated on the receipts. She went out and.got the money necessary for them.to.put the sets together. When she returned they were leaving. When she got to her apartment she discovered hugh boxes that the furniture was packed in the middle of her living room floor. She contacted Total Furniture and was told they do not take the boxes but they could have moved them. So why didn't they? Because of the unprofessional service and the lack of customer service this company has lost out on an additional $5000. in sells.
