Had an issue with color fading - took sometime and our dealer had to fight for us but in the end they honored the warranty and are replacing the faded pieces - Thank you to Armstrong Home Hardware for their hard work fighting for our warranty - without them we would not have had our warranty honored by CR Plastic.
Your product is amazing! The company on the other hand needs some direction. I would not recommend working for them.
There is a steep learning curve on assembling the Adirondack chairs...
We placed a fairly substantial order as we redid our backyard entirely with CR Products. While we have not had these pieces for a long time, we are impressed with the quality, fit and finish. We had one issue with a mfg defect, but that is being addressed to our satisfaction. We have since ordered a few more pieces. Comfortable pieces, with the exception of the porch rockers, which would benefit from curved back for comfort.
Bought six chairs and a table for our property at Lake of the Woods. Assembly was straightforward but missing a few screws. Could you not include some extras? Have you considered offering some kind of custom laser etching or branding so you could mark the products with our name and phone number? I could use a black Sharpie in an unobtrusive place but that looks tacky
I have had the rocking chair on my porch for 12 years and it is still going strong. I just bought a loveseat to go with it since front porch conversations with neighbors on the street are how we socialize from a distance during COVID! The loveseat cushions are so comfortable. You definitely get what you pay for. The quality and durability is far superior to any of our other outdoor furniture. Will keep buying more pieces as our inferior items wear out.
I absolutely love my new Tofino Collection conversation set. Very high quality furniture. This stuff will be used by my grandkids one day. .

We have two sets, one New Mexico and one in Michigan, both sets have performed wonderfully in very different climates going on 9 years. Great products!
Great place to work! We keep plastic out of landfills and the oceans by turning it into long lasting, and very comfortable furniture.
Purchased four pricey but nice chairs, one came with holes in the plastic and pieces of small plastic hanging off in spots, which had to be pulled off. When I told the company, they didn't take responsibility. Need four more but won't be buying from them again. I'll go to The Woodmill in Bracebridge instead. The pictures show how shavings were all over the product when the box was opened and wasnt' finished as the shavings were still stuck on the product in places, there is a picture of the holes in the product legs as well. We pulled off the shavings stuck to the product so no one would get scratched and then decided after to contact them to let them know. As I said, three were in great shape and one had no quality control and they denied helping.

These chairs are excellent. My issue with other chairs is that they were to low to the ground & very difficult to get out off, not so with these. Highly recommended to all.
We bought 8 chairs, four stools and three tables. They are fantastic, and all made out of recycled plastic. They have sat outside in the snow, rain and ice all winter and look like new each spring. Great products. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.
It s them ~ yes! both of our Chairs! ~ about 100m away from each other! From the West side just north of Mackenzie Island to the bushes half way between the Gov. Dock and Mason s. BOTH OF THEM! Floated after a 90m/h wind storm! Wow! Thank you to all those in our wonderful Shawnigan Community! It is indeed a Community that cares! BTW ~ GREAT CHAIRS!

Purchased some CR plastics muskoka chairs and a sofa combination set from Insideout Patio in Toronto. The product came very quickly and the quality is excellent. Glad to support a Canadian business. Keep making great products. Will purchase more CR products in the future.
Final update. 2 chairs, 1 love seat, 1 coffee table. I started with the coffee table and had several issues. The chairs went together nicely and seem sturdy. The resin parts are solid.
Issues with the coffee table:
The screws didn't seem to be of suitable quality. While assembling it one screw ended up bent and another snapped half way up the thread. Several pre-drilled holes were not properly aligned and/or not countersunk to the right depth. This resulted in 1 screw missing the leg it was supposed to fasten, one coming out the outer surface of the leg, and 2 not going deep enough to grab into the leg.
I have assembled resin furniture from other companies without this much trouble and given the cost I would have expected the engineering/mfg to be more accurate.
