Tobacco Dock Food Review

The Tobacco Docks are a wonderful venue full of history and mystery. It is well kept and maintained, easy to find and well worth the visit.

If held there again will probably go

Wicked place! I went to see Hot Since 82 and I loved very minute of it!

Very good space for events. Bright, spacious and attractive. Only five minutes walk from Shadwell DLR station.

It's the location were is made The London Tattoo Convention, each october, you will find the best best tattoo artists in the world and find all you need for your tattoo shop.
Beside you will find a variete of people that all in the same place.
Food and drinks are available in the location.

Nice events venue for small to medium scale events. Lovely Victorian architecture with a number of spaces surrounding an airy courtyard.
Transport links are OK if you live in London but it's not close to any of the major terminals. There's also a lack of shops and eateries in the local area which is a bit of a shame.

So big loved it great smells aromatic overload no words can describe must see

I went here for the "Hyper Japan" exhibition.
It was interesting,
The place is a bit dark and cavernous

Awesome venue - couldn t have thought of anywhere better suited for a beer festival. Can t wait to return

2 day business course was a good venue well laid out venue , easy transport access

A unique setting for good expos - checked Hyper Japan out here. A little difficult to get to compared to the likes of Excel centre, but only 15 min or so from Tower Hill station. Can get a little busy in small corridors - but adds to the unique feel of the venue

I visited when it was a shopping centre years ago, and then the Bike Shed MCC show in 2014. Lovely old building and a shame the first try as a shopping centre failed but as an exhibition centre it is awesome!
In 2015 the Bike Shed returned even bigger than before.

Cool and unique event venue, worth a visit if you have a chance.

First time for the Company's Xmas party. Remembers the Covent Garden's Apple Market. Dunno how this place looks during the rest of the year but it was great.

Clean surroundings. I like the old ship afloat by the dock. Good photoshoot potential.

I went here for the sweatlife event the weekend just gone. A great venue with multiple rooms and nice outdoor area! Perfect venue for holding large scale events

Such a cool place with loads of rooms, an open roof bar with a great view and good facilities.

Went here for the London Tattoo Convention. The place is cool, easy to find and really conveniently has an outsidey bit next to the canal. Overwhelmingly big.

Not a great venue for winter as it can get quite cold.

Tobacco dock is one of those places that got developed in the 1980's and flopped due to bad location.
There has been somewhat of a rejuvenation and at Christmas went to an event down there.
Very lively, great vibe but not sure how it ranks during quiet weeks as it is a bit isolated down there.
If I had the money and needed to throw an event though, would not hesitate, very trendy and hip place to go

The venue for what was, probably, the best rave i'll be to all year.

Went to the food festival and facilities were great. Staff/security were nice and helpful. Toilets were in a good clean state. There is a car park next to this venue but not sure if is owned by the same place. I would avoid this if you have larger car as it has very narrow curbs which can easily scratch car/alloys if you don't pay attention.

Good location for events. Walking distance to Shadwell for DLR.

Good interesting venue. Quirky layout with good facilities. Needs better ventilation. Like a sauna on a hot day.

Fantastic setting, went here for a gin festival and the buildings made it the best one yet.

Came her on NYD 2015 for all day house event. Massive venue great sound system and loads to do.

Place destined to make events. Quite wide both inside and outside, in addition to being well taken care of. The location is not excellent but it is easy to reach by public transport.

The bad thing is that you have to know where the entrance is, since it is a very large place and has only one entrance (I think), so if you do not know where you are going to have to go around to enter.

I was just passing through on my way to somewhere else and to stop and take a look at this historic location. I can see it's a great place to hold events.

Beautiful layout of each venue hall and the architecture simply is stunning!

Weirdly empty and a bit too big to look full or popular. But they do have a large selection of drinks and beer

Very characteristic venue in this old historic warehouse. Great atmosphere.

Nice vibe good views of the city and busy but not overly crowded.

I've only been here for Hyper Japan. Compared to the previous venue, Tobacco Dock is poorly laid out, poorly lit, cold, and badly organised. Also, the staff at the exits/entrances were rude.
