The time it takes TNT to process simple tasks is deplorable.
We have been waiting 8 days for our delivery to be processed by customs team and due to an error by a member of staff it is now stuck because she had entered multiple declarations for the same delivery.
We were then told that it was being processed and now it is on hold again due to the multiple attempts to complete a basic task.

I am leaving 1 star because I cannot leave 0, but that is the score that most aligns with my experience. I was supposed to receive the parcel over 1 week ago, guess what, I haven't got anything yet. I have lost count of how many emails and calls I have made to FedEx customer service to reschedule the delivery, unsuccessfully. They are completely useless and unhelpful, they just apologize but are not proactive about it; for example, after I calling back the 10th time, they could have at least called TNT on my behalf, but no, "We are sending them an email". To put it figuratively, FedEx customer service and TNT are like two parallel lines that never meet, completely disconnected. Worst, most inefficient service I have ever tried. And worst thing is that the parcel is inherent to my job, so this is affecting my work tasks. Horrible.

Very poor service. I ordered a part on ebay which was shipped with TNT from UK to Ireland, the contact number for me was incorrect but that was probably due to the seller rather than TNT, however the issues with TNT start there. They use a contract courier in the west of Ireland. I rang TNT multiple times to update my contact number as the first delivery attempt said address could not be found and number not answering. After 2 more attempts i found out who the contract courier was and they said TNT had not given them any updated contact info. The frustrating part was i spoke with 3 different TNT people who told me they had spoken directly with the contract courier and all was fine. This seems like a lie. If i hadn't phoned the contract courier i would never have got my package i think.

AVOID is the only word that comes to my mind to describe this company. Guys, I've tried UPS, Fedex, DHL, never have I ever had any similar issues like with tnt. Ok, so first of all, I wrote 3 emails, actually I also used their online form too, NEVER received an answer. Ok, that's fine you may think, just an email, right? Well first, I called 5 times to initiate the clearance of goods myself (even though tracking stated that received got a notification, which I never got) eventually someone called me and collected the payment. Grand, I was like wohoo it's happening. Right.... I waited entire 2 days at home by my window, just to get notification 'received not home, gated property. (to mention, I was home ALL freaking day, and there are NO gates) in a meantime, I called maybe 15 times to customer service, they kept transferring me from one person to another. Totally clueless and very ignorant, some even very rude people.
You may think I'm overthinking, well, when you pay 1k for shipment and really really wait for it and have to deal with such ignorant people....I am a polite person usually, but this was the worst experience so far in my life.
Okay, so to make a very long story short. This was going on for over a week of everyday phone calls.
My goods were not delivered to me until I went myself to their warehouse to ask what the hell is going on. I have to say, staff was friendly, once I got there the guy was super nice in fact. But do you know what he told me? He goes - oh we don't have customer service in Ireland, they are in UK. Grand, no problem, I was speechless as to what to tell back, so if there's an issue no one there to help you, great!!!

Absolutely shocking service, my company have now been waiting for 2 full weeks for a package coming from China which has been held in Customer clearance in Tallaght according to tracking number, but there has been no correspondence from TNT Dublin and their clearance dept are not taking phone calls, emails only which they are not responding to either. Customer service in the Uk can do nothing. Very very disappointing. We understand that there are increased traffic due to Brexit but a company as large as TNT should have been able to make sufficient allowances for. I'm only giving them 1 star because I have to.

They didn't deliver the packages on time. I checked the tracking number and saw a text stating that I had requested a change of date due to a holiday. This is not true, of course, but a nice excuse for the delay. Now I can see that they plan to deliver 5 days later than when it was supposed to be delivered. In other words, the packages are held for 7 days in their depot in Tallaght without managing to deliver and it took 3 days to arrive there from Seville. To put it in mild terms, it is such an inefficient and unprofessional service! Just stay away if you could.

Zero stars! My experience so far has been HORRIBLE. Trying to ship my residence from USA to Ireland. Called Thursday and they said it would be picked up on Monday and would send fedex labels. Next day still didnt have fedex labels but TNT claims there is no record of the call and no pick up is scheduled. Also say TNT labels were generated in Ireland but need US ones - but didn't say how or where to create. It's their labels! Then insisting I provide the tariff codes - how the heck would I know what these are???

Extremely poor service. Not only was my package delayed, the driver also lied about attempting to deliver the packaged, since I was at the location all day and he/she never showed up. Their customer service then rescheduled the delivery for the next day AM. So I ordered a product online and it was being delivered by TNT, having read some of the reviews on here, I was getting a bit worried that it might be a while before I was going to delivery but I had a positive experience so thought I'd share.
The tracking on their mobile app said that the package was rerouted and then I didn't get an update for a few days. On the day it was supposed to arrive, I got an update to say that the shipment was delayed but no other details left.
The day after, I messaged TNT on Facebook and they replied within 3 hours, I sent them my shipment ID as requested and they told me they'd pass on my details to the local depot, later on that day, one of their drivers rang me and told me he was on the way with my parcel.
Delivered a day late but in fairness, the customer service was very good from my interactions.

Update: I have received a reply which is something. However the app has indicated that my package had cleared customs but I've been informed it hasn't. Seems to be a big issue with the app managing expectations and incorrect information. Also seems customs has a lot to do with the major delay whom I understand are a law unto themselves. I'm a little happier with the contact received but still disappointed with the overall service and communication.
Disaster experience for me. I did get one very nice lady on the phone and most people I spoke to were friendly. But not much good as it was never followed up, along with my other attempts at contact. The tracking app is misleading and had me waiting all day for a delivery it indicated was due to arrive at my address that day but in fact it hadn't even left the depot. A staff member tried to mislead me on certain information. Customs wanted a closer inspection after already clearing my package. I even went and researched the website in order to correct the information I was being given. It could genuinely be the case with customs but along with all other aspects it still compounds to a bad service overall and no trust in the company. I still don't have my package either, nor any indication of when I should expect it. Additionally I explained this was a medical device for pain management but clearly they simply don't care, seems like a big business model that doesn't fulfil its end of the deal. By the way my package has been in their depot 50 mins away from me since early April.

My package was sent over 2 weeks ago and no one was able to understand what happened to it, including a couple a fake failed delivery messages on their tracker, which never happened.
They are unable to indicate a timeframe for the delivery or allow an alternative consignment date via any tool.
Do not use this service if possible

Unfortunately without my knowledge someone used Tnt again to send me a parcel.
It is more than one month that I am waiting for the parcel, stupid excuses all the times, lies over lies over lies. (The people not at home now on level 5 lockdown is a good one...)

I have rang them every day including to day and I get a answering machine to say call back later. After many emails my tracking was updated to be delivered on the 6th of January it said coustomer updated delivery which I did not request. This company is a joke. When I emailed tnt. Com they said I have to contact tnt in my country I told them to read my emails I can't contact them because they don't answer there phone.
